I absolutely love this store, however earlier today I was in the store from about 10:30 am to 11:30 am, why? Because i'm a picky shopper and I like to make sure i absolutely LOVE what I am considering purchasing. Well, when I was in the changing room one of the employees came to my door and asked to check my bag. I had nothing to hide so I gave the lady my bag and closed the door to finish trying on the item. When she handed me my bag back she said "thanks" in the most disappointing, rude voice and her facial expression showed that she wasn't pleased with the fact that I was not trying to steal anything. That rather offended me. I changed and left the store. I wanted to go back and confront her and explain how she should have handled the situation better but I decided against it. I hope the manager or someone of higher authority reads this and approaches the employees and shows them how a situation like this should be resolved. When she handed me my bag back she should have said something along the lines of "thank you, you have just been here a while and we are just taking precautionary measures. Enjoy your shopping" with a smile on her face rather then pure disappointment. I was not pleased when I left.
The shipping was very quick, great service, love it. For sure getting more stuff online.
