I like this clinic very much . My son and I go here. The receptionists are respectful ,kind & attentive to our needs. The physicians and nurses have great bed side manner and always recommend what’s in our best interest for our health situation. They listen to their patients and have always been punctual with any documentation we need for work or for referral purposes. I am grateful that this is our primary physician office. I don’t see it any other way. Quality healthcare here! I recognize all of you . Thank you All for doing a Great Job.

Dr. Brandstetter is amazing! She cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and provides amazing care. The facility is clean and all of the staff from the time of check in with the front office staff to receiving your discharge paperwork from the MA is professional and caring.

Great Health Care Facility. I am very pleased with my PCP and the staff at Honor Health in Fountain Hills. The staff are professional and caring. After every visit, I receive paperwork indicating my vitals, a visit summary, and related info on any medicines prescribed. I know my health care and wellness needs are in good hands, and that is very reassuring.

Dr Brandstetter is an amazing provider to work with. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I feel so happy to have her on my health care team.

Everyone was friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Brandstetter listened to concerns, ordered testing, and set up a follow up plan. Very pleased with my first visit.

Worst healthcare experience in my life. I complained about pain in my right side abdomen. The doctor never performed a physical examination. I was also complaining of sleepless nights and believed I had sleep apnea. The doctor ordered a sleep study in office which was 2 months out. I called into the office 5x's to move the appt to online to expedite. The doctor never once called me back or did anything to help. I escalated to report the issues and nothing was done. Never will go there again

I chose this facility as it's close to home. Great looking facility, new and modern. My interactions so far have been positive. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful. I will use the group as my primary care. I love the MyChart online option to complete medical history prior to the scheduled visit. Great job, HHMG!

Dr Brandstetter is amazing! You never feel rushed. She listens but still has a plan. You feel like a partner in making health related decisions instead of being given a script and rushed out.

I have been very comfortable with my "new primary care provider" Dr Brandsetter. She is very thorough in every aspect of my care, and is always looking for good providers for special care in areas that are outside her area of expertise. Examples include vision, etc...

I asked Dr for a partial prescription which she refused to fill. I will be changing my PCP to a different dr. I was unable to get appt with a specialist for 10 days. I only have 5 days of medication.
