5 stars is not even enough!!! I absolutely loved this facility and staff. From scheduling the appointment over the phone to the actual visit,  was very professional. The facility was nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable. They were personable, sweet, and overall fun... 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND..

Best experience ever! Extremely clean! Employees look happy! My daughter felt so comfortable with the dental hygienist. The Doctor was very informative and sweet. I was blown away. Best of all my daughter is looking forward to her next visit. She is no longer scared.

I recently visited iKids Pediatric Dentistry with my children , and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and patience of the entire staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.  The receptionists were incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. They made sure we felt comfortable and at ease throughout our entire visit. The dental hygienists were gentle and patient, explaining each step of the process to my children in a way that was easy to understand.  The dentists at iKids Pediatric Dentistry were exceptional. They were not only highly skilled but also displayed an extraordinary level of patience and understanding. They took the time to build rapport with my children , making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. They addressed all of our concerns and provided valuable insights on maintaining good oral hygiene.  What sets iKids Pediatric Dentistry apart is their dedication to creating a positive environment for children. The waiting area has a “movie theater “to keep young ones entertained. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that children feel at ease, making dental visits a positive experience.  Overall, I highly recommend iKids Pediatric Dentistry for their incredibly friendly and patient staff. They truly understand the unique needs of children and excel at making dental visits a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Brought my 4 year old here and his appointment went well. He was initially nervous which made me nervous as to how he would act but the staff was really nice and gentle with him. They let him test out the equipment to show him it was painless which really helped calm his nerves and made it easy to get his x-rays and cleaning done. He was going to a regular dentist before and they didn’t really know how to deal with kids so I switched him to this pediatric dentist and he loved it and said he wanted to go back which made me a happy mom.

My daughter had two teeth extracted and she’s always very nervous and panicky. Both the dentist and the assistant did AMAZING! Keeping her calm and laughing.

Yesterday’s visit I was finally able to meet on the Doctors. Dr. Hamilton is great! He explained everything in detail, was not in a rush and was very patient with my 3 year old. He also listened to my concerned and respected my wishes. We need more Dcs like him!!

IKids is the best pediatric dental facility my child has ever been too. They staff is always so nice. They tend to all the kids needs with calming spirits. They really know how to make a kid feel safe while at the dentist. I just love, love, love IKids Cedar Hill.

My daughter is special needs and they handled her with such care! It was a great experience for both of my kids. Everything is clean and everyone was great and made my kids feel super comfortable!

Although we’ve been going to iKids’ since my daughter was 1 years old, this was her first time in the “big girl” chair. The staff was professional, patient, caring, and took the time to explain to my 3 yr old every step of their procedure. They explained and demonstrated how each tool worked in a kid friendly way, allowed her to feel it on her hand before using them on her teeth. She did great simply because she knew everything that was happening! If you’re looking for a dentist for your little one, I highly recommend iKids Pediatric Dentistry Cedar Hill!!!!

My daughter had an emergency appointment that I was able to make in the same day. The office staff Brenda was very friendly. The dentist Dr. Baldwin, remembered my daughter from a previous visit and that made my daughter a lot more comfortable. Dr. Baldwin and her assistant Kahla were VERY professional and friendly. I would definitely prefer that all of my next appointments are with Dr. Baldwin and her assistant Kahla.
