Impact Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Boxing, Judo, and Sports Performance and Group Fitness classes to adults and children of all ages and experience levels. Our members vary from sport hobbyists to competitive athletes. They hold titles from white belt to black belt; from MMA enthusiast to Heavyweight Champion; from get back in shape to pushing personal limits. Our dedication to personal growth paired with our love of the sport and respect for one another is what sets us apart and allows us to meet the needs of such a wide array of members.
