Indian Creek is very clean & quiet with a super friendly staff. Helpful in every way. It's a wonderful place to live. They are a little strict on their rules but I think that's why the place is so clean and not a garbage pile like most trailor parks. I was given a violation for a pet but when one of the office guys, Chris, walked me through it. I saw that I had signed a paper saying I agreed, no pets. I hadn't notice it when I signed up. Other than that, I have had a great experience here so far. I love my new home
Been here for about 2 years, just got done reading the review below and I can honestly say incorrect of what has been said. I know how maintenance and office management has worked hard for all the properties of their own. They work hard getting homes ready for their tenants and explain the move in process afterwards. Love that they are forcing all rules that are explained from the day I moved in and community keeps looking CLEANER!! Thank you Indian Creek mobile homes…
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER MOVING HERE!! My family and I were looking for a place to move. After seeing that this place didn’t have any bad reviews and saw how nice the staff was we decided to go ahead and sign the contract. Shortly afterwards things started to go downhill from there. The first night we started to here rats thru the walls and under the floor. We let the office staff know the next morning and they said they would take a look at it, which they never did. So we left a review on Google and not even 5 minutes after posting the review they called us right away to see why we posted the review and that this time they would bring a pest control. The next day after pest control came they made me take down the review. No wonder they didn’t have any bad reviews. They make you take them down !! The fact that it took a bad review for them to check out what was going on. Recently our toilets started not to flush correctly and the water would stay. So we let the staff at the front office know what was going on. They “ fixed “ the problem after coming to unclog the piped that connect to the other trailer homes as well. The toilets still wouldn’t flush properly and the water would stay still. We had to have someone come look at it since they wouldn’t do much about it. Turns out someone from another trailer home would flush down tampons and pads still brand new and used. The pipes would get clogged from all the things they would flush down.We got tired of having to fix a problem that we didn’t create, so we called the city complex on them. Today they called us and said we had to pay for a problem that we didn’t even do at all. I went to the front office to see what the problem was, and all I got was a slammed door in my face. I told the office lady I have videos and pictures as proof as well and she got even more mad. So please consider this review before making a choice before moving in.
This place is the worst place to live. When I was sold a home I was told that I had to pay them before I saw it and that it was going to be remodeled but they used the cheapest materials. I spent so much for a home that’s falling apart. Paint peeled in weeks, wood is rotting, house is sinking, electrical issues, ac not working. This place also likes to fine tenants for anything. Property management, especially Cora is very rude, always gets attitude when they do answer. If they do and don’t want to talk to you they will just hang up on you. They will drive around the property to see what they can fine you with next. They lack respect and morals. They need better management. I would not recommend anyone to live here with the current management.
I love this place. Been here for almost 3 years, and it's so clean and quiet! They are indeed strict on their rules, but as other people have said, that's why this place is so nice. The staff is really nice as well.
Do not move here. This is what will happen and then try to blame it on you and try to charge you for them fixing it
It's the best place to go when you want to buy or rent a small house fit for a family of 4! If you're conservative with your space, you might be able to sit a family of 8 down at the table.
I absolutely love Indian Creek Community it’s a fun safe environment Cora is always my to go person she is absolutely the best of the best! Me and my family have been here for a while now never had any problems thank you Indian Creek Community for all your services!
I absolutely love it here! I moved from an apartment and I’m so happy to be out of there! No more banging on my walls! It’s amazing being a home owner! Love the community and staff!
Been enjoying my stay here. They have the pool looking amazing and keep it very well maintained!! Grounds are kept clean and staff is always willing to help.
