Place is infested with rats/mice. The first day we moved in, there was droppings on the concrete. First sign of infestation. Didn’t think much of it. Mice were able to get into the bottom of my rv. And when it got really cold they were even getting into my truck. We stayed there for about 5 months and constantly had the same problem. I don’t recommend staying here, owners aren’t very nice.
Do NOT come here unless you are deaf and don’t mind bugs crawling on you at night! There is a train nearby and a constant swooshing noise of cars as they rush by on the highway ALL NIGHT long!! The trees have bugs in them that fall on our RV and get in through the vents, and I can hear rats/mice at night crawling under my RV and possibly getting in the walls; yuk!! They also charge $5/load to use their old, dirty washer and dryer and you can’t even use the laundry room to fold your clothes because it’s so dirty. The people are not nice either that run the place. Stay far away from here!!
You can see the rat in this picture woke up at 4am to 3 of them running around. Also park owner is very rude do not expect to have any guest. Also is tan like a cult I would stay clear of this place if you know what’s good for you!!
Camp host are not good customer service. Beware of there wifi and I guess they have the right to go in your camper. Then get in your security and cover the entrance of them going in your RV. Don't recommend this campground. I have several things missing.can't prove it.
These people are not really very savvy about doing business. When deciding to relocate from out of state, I searched for an RV park and this was the closest to where I would need to be for work. Made a reservation a month ahead of time on the website but realized a few days before leaving that I'd never heard back. Checked my credit card and found no charges had been made for the reservation. Called the number listed several times before finally getting an answer. The lady said they don't see the need to reply or follow up when they don't have any spaces available..... You'd think they could indicate a vacancy status on the website then if they don't intend to send out courtesy replies. So she left me high & dry and we had to find another park that was 50 miles away from where we wanted to be. I can't recommend this park.
We came to Taylor to attend our Great Nephew’s Memorial Service. The owners treated us with such kindness and compassion! . They represent what’s great about Taylor and what’s great about being in Texas. We could not have been treated better anywhere else. The park is ultra clean and safe. The long-term residents are neat so the entire park is tidy. We highly recommend this park.
Tried to schedule a stay here. When I initially asked if they had availability I was told yes. After telling her that we have 4 kids I was asked if we’ve “read their rules policy” and that we aren’t allowed to have visitors as they are very strict with “noise and extra vehicles”. I could tell in her voice she wasn’t wanting us there. She then said she’d need to double check availability since she wasn’t in front of her computer and she would call me back tomorrow. I hung up the phone knowing they conveniently wouldn’t have availability when she called me back. Guess what?!? Just got a returned call.... no availability! SHOCKER! In hindsight, I’m glad we aren’t staying there. I have a feeling it’s a nightmare. I did give them two stars though because at least she called me back.
My husband and I stayed here for about a month and loved it! This RV park is very quiet, safe and has great prices. Everything is clean and dog friendly. The owners were always available if we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area.
We stay at Four Winds RV Park every time we go to visit our daughter and grandkids in Texas. The owners are really nice.
Stayed here the 29th of August. Undoubtedly the most unfriendly place I've ever been to. They watched everyone like a hawk. Tom's son drove over to pick us up and he was followed from the gate to our camper then again when we left I would not recommend!!!!
