Insomnia Cookies

Usually we don't have any issues however we ordered & almost 2 hours later no cookies. Upon calling we were told driver must've ran off with our cookies? What? Ok. He said they would get us a new order refunded our money we ordered again.. didn't get our order for another hour & a half.

Great service and excellent employees. Corey had a phenomenal attitude and was very friendly. I had good small talk with 2 of the employees that were working the night shift. Cookies were yummy and don’t make me feel sick like Crumbl Cookies.

Great place, very clean which is surprising because of the area it is in. Customer service is outstanding. Only down side is they do not take cash, card only. But we will be visiting again.

I could not have any of the cookies. All the locations share spatulas with all the cookies nut allergy, so that was one heck of a bummer. At least I was able to get some ice cream. I took a star off because there was nothing special about their cookies n cream ice cream. It was like $8.75 just for the smallest size with 2 toppings m&ms, brownie pieces. It came with a free cookie....so I gave that to one of my friends.

I am at a complete loss for words over the service I recieved today. I ordered cookies and ice cream, which I not only recieved an hour and some change later, but I had some other issues with the order as well. Two of my cookies were eaten by the delivery driver an insomnia cookie employee, I didn't receive my water, and there was a used bandaid attached to the box. I have never quite had an issue like this at this store, but they really dropped the ball today and I will not be returning.

I agree, the prices could easily be cut in half. Remember this though: You're in Portage. The cookies are great though! I can see why my friends like it. It's fantastic that they keep them in a warmer so that they're still ooey and gooey when you get them . That's what makes it worth it.

Cookies are really good & cannot complain about them but I don't know about the delivery service. I provided extra notes how to get to my door pretty simple but I like to help as best as I can I also left a pretty good tip but Anthony, my driver from insomnia, just left my cookies outside on the ground, literally. Not impressed by that and regret leaving a good tip because there was no reason to leave my stuff outside, while it's snowing, on the ground. Also, anyone could have taken my cookies.

Always love me some insomnia cookies, completely drool worthy. Frosting dip cups are my favorite as I am frosting obsessed. They are a bit pricey and it seems like the best deal is the 4&4, you can 4 regular & 4 deluxe cookies for $20. The 6 deluxe for $19 seems a bit pricey to me. Regardless, they’re delicious. I am taking off a star as we were given yucky milk date was same day, but it wasn’t good anymore so that was the only bummer.
