If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous for just having to pee in a cup! Sitting in pain having to use the restroom for about 1-2 hours is uncalled for. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, and it's unfortunate some workplaces use this business as a way for drug screen tests.
They should say up front, that you can’t leave for a drug screen or they will assume your test is positive. I was there for an hour and a half
Would rate a 0 never go here for dot medical card they make you get test that are not a mandatory dot requirement and won’t pass you unless you do them
I was really worried about coming here because of all the reviews of long waits. Maybe I just got lucky but I was in and out in less than an hour for my drug test and everyone was kind and helpful.
They tip their delivery drivers very poorly.
Only one person in front of me and the waiting room is pretty empty. I got here at 9:30 and it's 11:30 and I'm still waiting to be seen for a simple physical. They should be fully staffed for a Monday. I've never had to wait this long at a doctors office in my life. This is not a good place to go and they need to fix the wait time asap!! Not very happy.
do not go here. was told to make an appointment for a physical/drug test for work so that we would not have to wait because walk-ins have a longer wait time. made an appointment for a week later and was there for over 2 hours. should have just walked in anyways. absolutely ridiculous.
They deserve no stars ! Sorry not sorry. Extremely long wait times. They also call people before you , although you were there waiting.
Still sitting in the waiting room with no sign of getting in soon. It's been 45 mins and nobody has been helped. I understand that it's a walk in clinic but they left all of us in the waiting room while they all went to lunch. Worst walk in service I've ever experienced. Avoid this place as much as possible. They just skipped me too. Real nice.
I hurt the tip of my finger at work this past Friday night. I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before close. Everyone was so helpful, it was all hands on deck. I think at some point everyone had a hand in helping. From check in, to cleaning my hand, to ex Ray's, to stitches to making a temporary splint and getting the job done. All the staff was very pleasant and treated me with the utmost respect. The staff stayed over an hour late making sure I was taken care of. They had an appointment set up the next day for me with a specialist long before I was ready to leave. The staff Friday night went above and beyond any expectations I would have ever had. Kudos to the entire staff and thank you so very much! Darlene
