Nice & large store. Fairly well-stocked, although I found their selection of photo/print frames lacking. Friendly & professional employees, especially Louann at the Cut Bar and Spencer at the register!
I ordered and paid online for several items. Why do I now have to stand in a long line in the store to pick up?! Is t the point of buying on line with store pick up to AVOID long lines? And WHY on a Saturday are there only TWO registers open??? This is INSANE! Oh!! And one register is now down because the cashier needs help from a manager to change the paper in the register!! But the cashier standing there waiting cannot turn around and pick my order up off the shelf behind her??
Lots of crafts and hobby supply needs. Very helpful and friendly staff and they even offer to look up coupons for you at the register to help you save money.
My first time shopping there. It was clean, quiet and the service was awesome. I'll be back.
First time visit and I didn't even make it through a quarter of the store! There is so much to see! It's a clean and a well labeled layout. Sadie, was very helpful at check out !!

Great staff, incredible fabric selection! One of the largest JOANN Fabrics and Crafts in Virginia, plus it's getting a major remodel upgrade in August!!!
Best fabric selection at this particular location. Awesome, as well as, knowledgeable staff who will go the extra distance to help you out.
Favorite craft store!! Always so much variety and clean environment. Only wish there was more options for wired ribbon and a bigger wedding section.
I will be back to this location. Especially in the morning. It was nice to walk around and take my time looking at everything.
