I've been a Cayson customer for many years and while the quality of the apron and approachable price point make for an ideal purchase, it's the stellar customer service that keeps me loyal to this brand. Every purchase and each interaction is met with earnest service, professionalism and hospitality. Recently, I had an apron with ties that wore out prematurely. I reached out to see if I could purchase replacements as the rest of the apron, due to superior craftsmanship, was in great shape. I was met with a prompt response and then shipped, for free, replacement ties. I certainly did not expect this and would have been happy to pay any cost. That a small company was willing to stand behind their product while also being more than generous to a repeat customer speaks volumes to the high level of integrity of this business. Cheers Cayson. These people are absolutely amazing! I got called in to work a Valentines day shift that I don't even work at anymore. I needed an apron and this crew hooked me up. It is by appointment only but they took me in anyway. Thanks!

I've been wearing Cayson Designs chef coats for many years and find them to be the best, most comfortable and durable jackets. I can also say through personal experience that their customer service is second to none.
I wanted to give 5 stars, and I truly love the aprons I purchased. One thing, as a chef my attention to detail is much more then someone who is not. I ordered three aprons, charcoal colored with black webbing, I was sent charcoal aprons with charcoal webbing. Plus one does not have the cayson design tag on the front left pocket. Again not a big deal, but it was not what I ordered. The fit and design are wonderful. I will buy more just wanted to communicate my first experience with you.......
I’ve just received my second Catson chef’s coat and apron. Both are EXCELLENT quality! They are well worth the money and are such nice fitting coats for women. Customer service is fast and top notch, as well.
I have been purchasing jackets from Cayson for years. They are beautiful and long wearing----completely worth the price.
