Horrible customer service, because it doesn't exist. Can't get a hold of anyone. The phone bank is no help at all. Received a damaged shattered purchase because it wasn't packed properly. No info or help on how to return.
Our annual Christmas celebrations begins with a trip to the sale!! Thanks for opening your doors to the local community by discount your wonderful array of pots, pans and accessories. See you next year
Good kitchen stuff here. They sell to the public once a year, call to find out when.
Great deals during warehouse sale!
SHAM COMPANY Anolon's lifetime warranty is a complete sham and should be investigated by Bureau of Consumer Protection Federal Trade Commission. Following Anolon's operation and use manual exactly, my 12-Inch non stick frying pan lost its non-stick after 6 months. I uploaded photos and explained my proper use of the pan to Analon customer service, only to be denied that I used high heat. I read the instructions before use and have a separate cast iron skillet for high heat, searing and fast cooking. My Anolon was used as a large sauce pan for low to medium heat cooking. I don't like to be falsely accused of misusing a product only so Analon can continue to reap profits off their false advertising of a lifetime warranty. While I don't actually expect a non-stick coating to last a "Lifetime", I do expect quality customer service for a product I paid a premium for.
It took awhile but I did get new pots to replace the ones that were having problems with the non stick coating . They REALLY do stand behind their warranty and product . Much appreciated .
Love the yearly warehouse sale! The deals are awesome, and staff is always helpful. I also appreciate and donate to the fundraiser for Humane Society of the North Bay.
Abundant selection of cookware and kitchen gadgets. Checkout was speedy. Only issue was with cashiers. Some asked for coupons to be surrendered, while others stated they could be used again.
Went for the sale and was not impressed. Lots of things sold out and way over priced on some stuff. Can't return so make sure you check it twice before leaving. Don't feel pressured to buy because Kohl's will probably have it cheaper.
I’ve been going to the Meyers annual cookware sale for many years, ever since it first started. I’m a foodie, so yes, I got tons of their cookware. This year Meyers announces that their yearly sale would start on November 11th. The date for their sale was announced on their website and flyers are also mailed out. One hour before heading out the door to attend the sale, I looked on their website, just to double check it’s location and time. Okay, it all checked out so I happily drove to the sale, to shop. Low and behold, there was a sign posted on the door saying it was canceled until December. No biggie, I live 15 minutes away so I decided to come back then. HERES THE RUB !! Meyers didn’t change its website to inform the public that the sale was rescheduled, you have to drive to their location and read about it on a sign posted on their door. Even now, weeks after the sale should have started, they still have not changed their website. I know people who travel a far distance each year for this sale and what Meyers is doing by not up dating their website.....stinks a big one. To add insult, it’s not easy finding out information about the sale on their website. You really need to dig deep in their website to find out anything about the sale. I also tried phoning, but calls were not answered. I plan to keep attending Meyers sale but I’m gonna be very vocal about how their website and method of informing the public.
