I go here at least once a week.    I absolutely love it here.  It's the best of all the ACE garden shops I've ever been to.  The employees are amazing.  They will help you with whatever you need.  When I get older, and can't walk, I'll get MJ to put me on a cart and push me around.

My favorite Ace Hardware along with the Petaluma and Brentwood ones. It has a huge garden section! I found flowers I've been looking for and ones I couldn't resist. The Home Decor section inside is decorated beautifully and so many Kitchen gadgets too. Couldn't tell you anything about the tools and hardware, but will be checking out their garden now weekly.

I find everything here and it’s got the best staff EVER! And the Kitchen Store is my absolute “go to”  for gifts.

Staff is really helpful. I had a question about a product, and Marty was there to show me how to do what I needed to know.

Marty in the paint department is so knowledgeable and helpful! He always goes above and beyond. Alamo Ace Hardware is now my Benjamin Moore paint place!

This is a great store!!  STAFF - There are several extremely knowledgeable staff that are more than willing to help you with whatever project brings you in. Brennan is the best. I seek him out because he knows how to ask the questions I don't even know to ask. After working with him, I not only have exactly what I need, I am also more knowledgeable about the subject that brought me in. He's a great teacher.  KITCHEN STORE - Lots of high-end variety that you expect in a town like Alamo. Prices are reasonable and again the staff is helpful.  GARDEN STORE - Located near the street, separate from the main building. Again a ton of variety in terms of plants and related items.  KIDS STUFF - They always have a variety of kid things near the checkout. High quality products Melissa & Doug, for example. And they frequently bring in new items that make great surprises for my daughter.

I recently worked with Cindy from the Garden Department at the Alamo location and she is AMAZING! I gave her short notice to customize six flower arrangements in large pots to be used for my backyard. She not only met my expectations, she exceeded them! She made the most beautiful floral arrangements for my outdoor garden I’ve ever seen! They are incredible! All within 48 hour notice and within my budget. She is super talented, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She even sent me text messages with questions and updates! True customer service at its finest!! I highly recommend using Cindy for any of your garden needs. She is the best! -AJ
