Pretty helpful but the lines are crazy and too long in the pharmacy. The line was backed up all the way to the Laboratory! I also feel that the stuff is very polite; however, I don't like the idea that when you are given an appointment time it should be kept close to the time not 20 minutes or so later to be called. No matter if you let them know you haven't been called yet, they will politely understand when you were still wait an extra 5 or 10 minutes. Our appointment times need to be respected. Kaiser does cost many of us.
Dr. Silva is amazing. He's taken the extra step to ensure my Dad's special care is met. We switched over to him years ago when Dr. Wong, another great doctor, moved to the Lynwood location. My dad is a creature of habit so we stayed at the Cudahy location. When it comes to my dad's Primary care, he's been fortunate to have doctors that care about him as a person, father, and grandfather and me as his caregiving daughter, Dr. Silva was sure to meet those needs and addressed all of my concerns for as long as he's been under his care.
I have never had a bad experience for as long as I have been coming here not with appointments, clerks are courteous and helpful, my meds are always ready for pick up so I’m really pleased with the service I get been a patient for almost 15years
All my experiences at this Kaiser have been very good. I haven’t encountered a doctor or staff member that has been “bad”. EVER!!! My entire family visits this facility. From my parents to my children. We sometimes have to wait quite a bit at the pharmacy but that’s to be expected with so many patients needing their medications. We’ve generally had positive experiences with our doctors in pediatrics and family medicine. It’s unfortunate that one time our doctor was not able to see us because they were ill but we were promptly given an appointment with another doctor. Do not hesitate in making this your primary clinic. Parking is better than Downey and you can always find a Spanish speaking physician. That comes in handy for my parents who feel more comfortable speaking in their primary language.
I have received extremely bad service since my pregnancy start it ! I have lost count of how many times my appts have been cancelled from the Ob department they have poor communication among each other, Also I am extremely concerned since they cancelled a special procedure to determine if my baby will have a defect never got a called back to get accommodations. Today I am here for an appt and they don’t know where the doctor is at and I am going to be switched to another provider due to that. If I ever have another child I will not receive my prenatal care here .
I am very grateful to Dr. Juan Antonio Robles. He is a very compassionate doctor. He listens well and even though I struggled with explaining myself, he was still very patient and even showed kindness and empathized with me. He is truly a very caring doctor. His staff was also very kind and supportive. So thank you to everyone at Kaiser Permanente Cudahy Medical Offices . And thank you so much, Dr. Robles.
My daughter has her pediatrician at this location and i would say that Dr. Gonzalez is great! She takes her time to observe her patients and talk to parents. Shes prompt with submitting referrals. The only reason why i give this location 3 stars is because the over all staff excluding pediatrics seem to always be in a rush. During this pandemic, prior to entering the building, it becomes way to over crowded and there seems to be no structure and their procedures for patient distancing is very dysfunctionable. They need better leadership to provide accurate saftey guidlines. And the staff at the door may come off as rude. South LA location has better structure and procedure.
My current doctor is Dr. Sosa, which I don't recommend anyone to get if your planning to come to this location. He does not take the time to listen to your concerns and he is always very rushed. He never truly addresses your problems. My last visit was the worst, which is why I decided to leave a bad a review on him. When i got to the room, the nurse told me he would be right in and i was the first patient on the schedule. A couple minutes after her walking out i hear him outside gossiping with another doctor, at first i thought he would be coming in any time now, but then 20 min went by, then another 15. At which that point i was getting upset because I got there extra early for my appt and this doctor is out here gossiping about what universities he wants his kids to go to. As the conversation went on he tells the doctor he had a patient the day before who he missed a fracture on. He then stated he wondered how many times he had he missed that on other patients ...This is the same doctor Ive been telling my conerns to, and now it made sense why he never adressed my concerns properly... I leave this review based on MY experiences with him as a patient...and it was a bad one.Dont get him
This health care company rely on un human operators and they expect you to know or be ready with a lot of information even for a medication refill. As these automated systems may work for them they may not work for patients. If you are trying to make sure your medication will be ready by giving them heads up that you are going to pick it up you are going to have to make a trip to the pharmacy, once there they may or may not have your medication and you still either have to wait 30 minutes, an hour or even 3 days. Something that could have been done if they pick up the phone when you tried calling them. An automated system is only as good as it was designed. Poor system design and even less interest about customer's feedback keep making the system just an expensive investment on their part and a waste of time on every customer that tries to use it.
Ordered medication and when I arrived at pharmacy everything was well organized. Pick was simple without any hassle. I was a bit leery because of COVID and being around other potentially sick people. I realize that I should have ordered it online but like many of you I procrastinated until it was too late. The clinic has good measures in place. Everyone was asked questions and temperature was taken before entering. Luckily the line wasn’t too bad and I was in and out of there in no time.
