Granite and Cabinet Center were incredibly responsive when we were shopping for kitchen counter-tops; however, that is where the customer service ended. The counters were not sealed properly and all exposed surfaces were stained. I contacted the company multiple times over the past couple years to solve the issue, but they blamed me for staining my 2 year old counters. They never came out to look at them or offered assistance in fixing the issue. I would not recommend conducting business with this company due to terrible customer service. The uploaded photos show the stained granite. My stand mixer is stored in the corner where the granite is lighter in color. You can see all exposed granite has been stained a darker color due to poor sealing. UPDATE: 03/27/2016 Still have not been contacted after calling the showroom. UPDATE 5/16/2018 I contacted the company as suggested, but never got a call back.

We had Granite Center install a new master bath counter top this week and couldn’t be more satisfied. The installer advised of the expected time of arrival and called to update that time by 15 minutes. The entire process from removal of the old to the installation of the new was just over 3 hours. The product looks great and is a considerable improvement over the old. I would recommend Granite Center for anyone looking for a good product at a reasonable price and professional installation.

Granite Centers installed granite in our kitchen several years ago and did an excellent job. The price was the least expensive I could find anywhere in the KC area. Granite Centers' employees were knowledgeable, helpful and did a wonderful install. My kitchen looks amazing. I was so happy with the install, that a couple of weeks ago, I had them install granite in my master bathroom and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Granite Centers to anyone looking for quality products and services.

My husband and I initially purchased from Granite Centers about 7 or 8 years ago. We were very pleased with their products and how they customized our purchase to our needs. A couple of months ago, we moved into another home. One of the first things we did was visit Granite Centers and choose granite for our new home. Brenda, again, worked with our specific needs and helped us choose just the write granite slab. Since the pattern on slabs is usually inconsistent, once the templates were completed, she assisted us in laying them out on the slab to ensure we got exactly the look we were going for. In addition, she assisted us in choosing a complimentary backsplash and ordered the materials, even though we wanted to install it ourselves. Installation was efficient and the installers were very friendly. We received follow-up calls asking if we had any questions or concerns. We couldn't be happier with the products and how beautiful our kitchen is and Granite Centers, Inc. overall. In fact, we recommended them to my sister and brother-in-law; and they purchased their granite from them as well. John and Dorothy

The installers did an excellent job and made the counter tops look very professional. They made adjustments on site to accommodate the small seams around the stove we wanted. The kitchen turned out great and we would recommend them to anyone who wanted granite counter tops.

Just got our new kitchen countertops from the Granite Center and had a great experience. Employees were very helpful & accommodating. Excellent installation, we don't have a seam in our 10' countertop! We will go back to the Granite Center when we are ready to put granite in our bathroom and basement bar area. James, Jeff and crew were great to work with.

I am pleased with the work that Granite Centers Inc. did on my home. They installed a 101sq. ft. of the Treasure Island Granite. We had a couple obstacles, which should be expected any time you are building a home. Jerry went above and beyond to work with me through these obstacles. He was very fair and willing to assist me. Be reasonable, be fair, have realistic expectations, and you will be very pleased in conducting business with Granite Centers Inc.

After quoting us for counter-tops, decided to abandon us weeks before fabrication and install. Acted like an overgrown child and refused to work with our builder. No explanation. Just said "no" and hung up on us.

I am happy with my granite countertops and would adivse that if Jerry is involved in your project, it will come out well. I had a negative experience with my backsplash and terrible customer service when I complained. There were problems from the beginning measuring errors all the way to completion poor attention to detail. Then, the owner, Jerry, got involved, and he personally did his best to make it right. Jerry confessed that granite is 90% of their business, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your backsplash.

As other users have said on the measurements, please beware of it. This guy says his measurement was right. I have requested quote from 3 other various vendors and they are measure the same and they gave me the dimensions too. The reason I went with this guy was due to the recommendation from my Realtor and I trusted my realtor and so I didn't check the dimension paper from Jerry. This guy screwed up my kitchen view completely. We have an island and the side. Our island was a stepped one and we decided to trim and put one flat store so that kitchen will look open. We ordered an expensive exotic stone from Brazil. I have to admit that they did a good job to the sides later on I realized that there is no scope to cut the dimensions on the sides. When they laid the stone for the island I immediately felt its little short and measured right there and compared with the other vendors and its good 3 inches short. Others measured 45inches in width and this guy place a 42 inch stone, the length was right, I was soo upset and asked him right there, he didn't even look into my eyes and claims that those are the measurements he took. I showed him the dimensions from others and he denied those. Why in the world 3 guys came with same dimensions and this guy's measurements are different and those are right? He claimed that the book which he took was in the office and never cared to show it later. I was upset and decided not to pay, but my realtor convinced me so that I can get some good deal for my bathroom and so I paid on the spot. Later I called this guy and left a voice mail..no response from him. Later that week tried 5+ times and no response. Please do avoid if you have an option, otherwise you get involved personally in the measurements. Please do check the thickness of the stones too, I was told by another granite dealer that they in general Chinese may cut the stone from quarry to 27-28mm rather than 30mm stone. This guy completely ruined my kitchen, now I can't even put the bar stools under the island, because it doesn't have enough stone coming out of cabinet wood and more over they screwed up the bottom of the island and the side of the island completely. I will never ever do business with them again. Will file against BBB. I'm pretty sure they will response with a lame a** reason.
