I went in because I was attempting to load money in another account and the other application declined it and told me to contact my bank. Branch manager young white man told me that if I didn't know what I was doing, I should not be using it. It was another young lady who assisted me. But neither Of them fail to look at the account fully and see that there was a block and Hold On it. it was not until I called into the service center this afternoon that I Found Out There was ahold on the account and I have to Go back into the branch and verify my information with my ID again PERIOD this all could have been taken Care of Uber a week ago had he not have had a bias Against Me For whatever reason
Currently sitting at the ATM with our card stuck inside and our cash deposit also stuck. Worst part is we can't even leave because the ATM is frozen with our pin on the screen. Customer service won't answer. Been on hold 15 min. I guess we are camping here tonight.
Stellar service with Nina helping us process a Heritage Loan. We could not have been more pleased with her expertise and professionalism, but especially with her grace and warmth. She made getting a loan a pleasurable experience. Wow!
I frequent this location and have had very little problems regarding service, especially in a timely fashion! A well-run branch! The KeyBank brand however has issues. Regardless, this location has knowledgeable staff, efficient staff, and friendly staff!
Safe visible ATM....currently closed lobby due to Covad 19....
Excellent service with timely response.
