Called and made sure they weren’t going to be too busy to assistant us, because we were driving couple of hours away from home. They were very nice on phone, and when I was couple hours late from original time that thought we would make it, they were understanding. We had a great experience with them, my daughters first pointe shoes and they walked us through the try on process and what to expect out of her first pair. We will go back.

LeeAnn is wonderful, easy to talk to and very helpful. She helped me pick out my ballet shoes. Very beautiful store, things are organized and easy to find. Will definitely be back. Wonderful experience.

Don't expect much. Go in only if you know what you want, in what size. Get in, get out. I wish I could give a half star for 3.5 stars. I do shop here regularly but it's not for their service. I go in, knowing what I want and in what size. I make sure I don't need any help because the ladies are certainly judgmental and not welcoming but okay, I need the stuff and sometimes it's cheaper or more convenient than online.

I bought every pair of pointe shoes I’ve ever had here and they do a great job of making sure your shoes are perfect for you. 10/10

Super helpful and had exactly what we needed, albeit a little pricey for a basic pink leotard.

This was the worst experience of my life in this store. The staff was extremely rude and insisted they would not sell me tap shoes for my daughter. My daughter just started tap class and just needed any tap shoes. Let me add this a very racist situation. I clearly told them that their Job was to sell the tap shoes to me.

I will NOT recommend anyone in the dance community to purchase anything from this store. I will make sure that I let all of the dance Moms and Dads that I come in contact with to not purchase anything from this establishment... My experience today was hurtful and highly disrespectful. I was not greeted by the two sales people behind the desk nor the other 3 employees that passed by me and looked me directly in my face. Myself, my Grandmother and my daughterwhom I was purchasing for were never acknowledged. As I stepped closer to the counter and older woman asked if I was going to check out and I told her I needed help. She then pointed her finger to the back of the store and told me to "Sit down!" That happened 3 times as I was trying to tell her that I needed help with more than just the shoes. I almost felt like a 5 year old being scolded by their mother in the harsh manner that she was speaking to me. I then placed the leotards back on the rack and told her "I don't think so" and left. It's unfortunate that I now have to purchase from another establishment or online because of the hateful, racist behavior I experienced today. She had no idea I was going to spend over $300 for my daughters dance items. I hope that they learn from their mistake.

Today was the first and hopefully last time i will ever go to this store. After basically being forced to go because i couldn’t find tap shoes in my daughters size anywhere else. I walked in with my 2 children and was never greeted but definitely stared at! As i see the corner where the shoes are located i proceed to walk back there and when i past the counter i say loudly “Hello!! Thanks for greeting me” As cute as the store is it pained me to spend my hard earned $50 with a company who doesn’t make me feel welcome. I like to spend my money when i feel comfortable and i truly did not feel that way in this store.
