First time here at this location and I had came to return an online purchase and pick up an buy online pick up in-store purchase . Returning my online item was fine but it was the in-store pick up that caused some confusion. The whole situation was not my fault as the customer but the the sales associate selsia seemed as if I was the one wrong and being difficult as the customer. I don’t suggest her working in sales or customer service if your easily irritated or annoyed. esp someone like myself who has worked sales and works customer service for over 12 yrs. being I Already paid and received confirmation my order was ready for pick up. sellsia couldn’t find my order on the computer system under my name I suggested using my order number or barcode in the email she refused and said it’s no order under my name and it doesn’t exist. I couldn’t understand being that I plaid and received the confirmation no attempt to check the back or anything. At this point I just wanted a refund on the items I never received but paid for online.selsia seemed as if she was not having a good day already and my order was just non existing and couldn’t be resolved and I was the crazy customer asking for something that didn’t exist. After getting help from the mangerwho I appreciate she found my order in the back and realized it was their system who failed them and had my order marked as picked up.when clearly it was not when they still had my items in the back. After 20 min of back and forth to figure out my order was there all along . I wouldn’t suggest this location at all for your orders or shopping.just ship to home online . I will avoid this location due to lack of customer service , making customers feel like they’re complicated due to the stores own system glitch and the store just seemed low staffed and hectic. Hopefully y’all can work on some more training for your employees. It’s is important to deliver a more satisfying experience when shopping to make customers want to come back.
Great selection of home decor, very seasonal offerings make coming back often worth it just to look around. Smells fantastic in there, but I always have to take allergy medication to get through even 15-30 mins of being in there. Good deals when it goes on sale, but many pieces are pricey.
They have a COUPLE cute things and the other things are beautiful but they all have cheesy words on them. Plus, every time my family and I go there we walk out sick because of the strong smell. Not just in one specific store but in all of them. When you walk in it smells like chemicals, perfume, and a bunch of air fresheners.
A friend of mine took me to Kirkland's and I have been hooked ever since. I love the holiday decor and the scent sachets, I buy at least three everytime I go, you can put them anywhere and they last a while. One thing I will say is ordering online for store pick up is a great idea however it took a few weeks for my order to arrive, and when I finally received the email that my order was ready for pickup it wasn't actually there and no one could seem to find it in the system. When it finally arrived it was broken and I had to wait for them to resend a new one. I suppose this is a risk for all online ordering but it was overall a frustrating experience. If you don't mind the wait, online ordering is for you. If not I would recommend going into the store and shopping, the staff is super friendly and they have great items at great prices.
Lots of cute home decor. The store was pretty quiet. Not the best if you're sensitive to smells. Lots of candle & potpourri smells. Prices looked ok. Only ever saw 1 staff member
I always like to go into Kirkland's! They have some beautiful things! We are redoing some of the rooms in our house so we needed to pick up pictures and sconces and things that would look nice with our new furniture. Had a great time shopping lots of beautiful things
Love this store and all there is for sale. The only issue I have is the 8 million different types of potpourri all at once. It's so overpowering, you don't know which smells like which!
The saleswoman in the store was amazing. She was helpful, gave me lots of tips and offered solutions to my problem area. The store had just opened due to the ridiculous flu virus nonsense. All and all, great experience
This LOCATION ON STEPHANIE IS CLOSED even though the listing says it’s open! I was there & the name is gone & store is EMPTY! Kirkland needs to CORRECT this listing! Phone is also DISCONNECTED!!
Always something new to discover. Everytime I come I leave with one or more of those Awesome smelling sachets. I'm always inspired by the vast home decor selections.
