If you want to get yelled at come here. Self check out has limit 8 items and when you’re going to pay it won’t let you it have to be less than eight. Second the moment you step in line they look at you like you’re worthless. Lost prevention yells at you like a crazy person. Zara and Fatima are the ones that yell at you if you have 8 items extra for self check out. Heads up people. I try to keep it calm. Even tho many people where watching. Also the other line is so long and only one cashier. It’s Terrible
The store was flooded. There was sign said “Not open till 3 pm”. I went back after 3 p.m. They have changed inscription “3 to 6 pm.” They just deceived and I wasted my time. I asked employees to write true. They didn’t that because manager against. I guess they don’t respect customers.
Men are not allowed to try clothing or enter the fitting room here. We were told to wait so my husband can enter alone, but left after 15 minutes. I wouldn't be surprised if men start to undress in the middle of the store to try items on. I wish I could leave another 1star. On another occasion the manager walks around the store at 9:45 yelling at customers from a distance: "We are closing, time to go!" Very unprofessional. They are open until 10pm, so people can shop until then, right? If he wants to go home that bad I can understand they should modify their hours, not kicking out customers. I know this is a ross, I don't expect boutique like order, but this is another level here. A filthy dirty disorganized mess.
This store has *THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE* I've ever experienced in my life! I approached someone who worked at the check-out section with a question. The first thing this man said to me was, "WHAT DO YOU WANT??!!" There was no greeting whatsoever, and this rude Ross employee refused to help me, without saying "I'm sorry," while his supervisor was nearby. Ross should fire this person, for his poor customer service skill and rude behavior. Also, he treated customers like they're thieves trying to steal from the store. Very disrespectful. I will never shop at Ross, ever! No customer deserves to be treated as such!
The employees by the trail room should talk more pleasant rather blaming customer about not putting the right hanger when it’s actually not hung properly with matching size!! This Ross has got almost anything you want not exaggerating from kitchen wares to seasonings, to furniture to lamps, all season clothings and shoes, accessories and all sort AT GREAT PRICES. The thing about this Ross if you don’t want to overspend is to keep your card at home because if you’re coming with a card, you’re sure to buy something else because you can’t pass the deal I get good brands here for less & I’m loving it
I love this store and all and has been shopping here for ages, but today I encountered such an INCORRECT situation. Me and three other people were in the women's fitting room changing and out of the blue, a male man housekeeper just entered the fitting room sweeping the floor without even notifying us no one did, not even the worker at the front if there's people in the fitting room. He, of course half entered the stall I was in and EVERY of the stall in the women's fitting room. Whether what his intentions were, this is definitely NOT right. I'm writing this review because I don't want this to ever happen to anyone or to ever happen again. This should NOT have ever happened at all. Like what happens if I was naked from top to bottom? Thankfully I was not, but I definitely am in SHOCK mode.
The store wS clean and everything was in order. I would have given this 5stars but the line was super long- 10 people long, and they never opened up a new register, also- the security was nice but the cashiers that were o er seeing self checkout were abrupt a d rude.
Had a horrible and scary experience today at this location along with my friend and younger sister 13 yrs old. A male employee entered the female fitting room while we were still in there. He saw us, so we thought he was gonna leave but no he continue staying in the fitting room and continuing to clean. It was a very scary experience. We thought the female employee, outside the fitting room, didn't see him enter so we asked her about it and she just replied, that he was only cleaning. We told her it was invading our privacy, cause we might be in bras and everything but she didn't even care. This happened on May 24, 2023, around 9 to 9:25 pm. We were too shocked about what happened and left the store. Anyone wanting to use the fitting rooms here in the future please be aware of who is entering and alway bring a companion with you when your are changing.
Great selection and most importantly prices. Wasn’t too cluttered for a value store as well
