I liked the staff here, kind and out of the way. As for selection, it is 50/50 some items you can always count on to be a success like beauty and jewelry. But shows is always something I have to do a deep search in to see if I can find any gems. Sometimes, it's a dud. Pretty unorganized clothes section and a bit sloppy but it's a bargain usually so.
I've heard that the Rack has a decent women's plus size selection as well as a great men's shoe selection. Both were disappointing at this location. There were 2 round racks of women's plus size clothing for 6 sizes, 14-24. I didn't find a single thing. My husband and son went to find shoes. There were no athletic shoes in size 10, 10.5, 11, or 11.5 mens shoes but there were several dress shoes. Athletic shoes is what we went in for. The jewlery section was a mess! The positive is that the women's shoes on size 11 had a great selection. Staff was exactly what you would expect in a discount retail store, they're just there to do what they gave to, to get a pay check. Not impressed at all.
I was a little shocked bc it was pretty ghetto. But I found what I needed and got out of there. We have Nordstrom Racks in Az that are really nice.
The store is located in highly congested area with a lot of competition on the plaza. I wish Nordstrom Rack had more menswear and sneakers to choose from. Since there are many other boutiques around, usually I end up buying clothes in these boutiques.
It’s a smaller Nordstrom rack compared to the one in Bellevue. It’s convenient for me to pick up orders online. The place is clean and staffs are nice.
It is a good shopping store. I love buying shoes here at a reasonable price. It is a bit unorganized due to less space. But overall good.
Lots of great brand here. Prices are good too but I’d prefer ordering online. The men’s clothing section is not well organized as I kept going back and forth before getting what I needed. Not the best when it come to space as my double stroller was almost tipping things over and was so hectic for me. Staffs are great and supportive for that I give the 4star
Online said they had the slippers I was looking for in the store. When I went into the store they didn't have any mens slippers. And the brick and Mortar stores wonder why they are losing business!
I was very surprised when I went to the clearance rack and for a pair of shorts was $60 I can't imagine what they would have been if they were on the regular rack
Always such a lovely staff and with such a wide range of clients they have a good basic offering on the floor for everyone.
