I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year now and I love it. Sometimes the waits lines are long but that’s not their fault. Any time I’ve had an issue with my prescription, they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve the issue so that I can get my medicine. This is one of the few pharmacies I’ve been to that actually seems to care about the well-being of their customers. They are kind and responsive.
COUNT YOUR PILLS! If you are a patient/customer of this pharmacy, count your pills every time you go. I 100% was shorted a pill this month. I take an ADHD medication and had a prescription for 31 pills because I kept coming up short before my doctor changed the number. It was smooth sailing for a bit but now I’m missing a pill for tomorrow and had to call my doctor for an emergency push to refill today. I have proof these people aren’t giving accurate amounts of medication and I will absolutely be reporting them. If this has happened to you, please google who to report pharmacy errors to and report them. Not giving an accurate number of pills, especially a controlled substance, is 100% illegal.
Worst pharmacy ever! Never have anything ready. They lie and steal your time. They do this constantly and every time you try to pick up your prescription. Staff is very rude. Was told today prescriptions would be ready in 20 min. Waited and then was told prescriptions wouldn't be ready until the next day. When I explained I was quoted 20 min., the little punk pharmacist said, "Look back here. We only have a few people working. I can't go back in time." Immediately transferred my scripts elsewhere.
They will never give you your medicine on time they make you feel like you're doing something wrong when you try to refill any controlled substance! They try to override the doctors orders even when the doctor writes please fill on this day they ingore doctors and have no consideration or compassion for others! Very rude! Had me set almost 3 hours. Please go somewhere else if you have a problem please report them!
Customer Service Pro Tip for the Pharmacy Staff: When you have customers waiting - and you’re busy, look them in the eye, SMILE, and say, “I’ll be right with you.” Ignoring your customers and acting put out that you must stop what you’re doing to ring up their prescriptions doesn’t build goodwill or repeat customers. Also, FYI your face will not break if you smile. In fact you only use 7 muscle to smile but over 40 to frown.
Always friendly and courteous even when they are busy
They think they are better than the doctors they tried to hold up my zanax after being on the medication for 30 years I transferred the medication to foodcity this pharmacy is absolutely hell on earth! Avoid this pharmacy in any way possible!
My Dr. office opens at 8, and the Kroger pharmacy opens at 9. I came in afterwards at 9:07pharmacy opens at 9 for my 2 prescriptions and not only was met by an annoyed pharmacist who made a point to tell me they just opened, but told they would be ready until at least 10. I stated that my Dr opens at 8, the pharmacy opens at 9, and is there anything he could do. He again stated they just opened. I’ll be choosing a new pharmacy after today.
Just left this pharmacy. We waited in the pickup line 20 minutes for two cars and right when we finally got up to the window it turned 9pm. The lady was extremely rude, her name was Dia. She said we’d have to come back tmrw because they were closed and there was no she was helping. We had went to multiple pharmacies to get the medicine for my 3 year old that has the flu and strep throat.... the lady at Maryville Kroger went above and beyond at finding the medicine at the alcoa Kroger for us... basically don’t use this pharmacy they are rude and now my son has to go the night without medicine. Thanks Dia... not.
I absolutely love the pharmacy staff here. They are always very nice and helpful. I have NEVER had the Pharmacist come over and talk to me like they do. They are awesome about giving advice and tips for new medicines. Thank you for all you do!
