Needed a couple rolls of quarters. I was told that they can't help me unless I have an account, went to 2 other banks and both had no issue trading money for money, a banks job none the less. Certainly would never be back for any reason. Common courtesy goes a long way.
So...... after 18 YEARS with this Bank, when i needed them they snubbed their noses at me. Whatever happened to the community Bank taking a person they have a relationship with and taking care of them?Those days are GONE but so am I. Its obvious my money isnt good enough for this bank any longer. For the record, good credit, money with this bank and they can see my account transactions. Im not a risk or Bad investment . Thats ok, I hope you make a good decision, GO ELSEWHERE
