Museum was very interesting. But we love rocks, and the ladies there who love rocks. We had the BEST time, and the rock/crystal prices were amazing!
Linda the guide was awesome, so gracious and giving. She’s the the “real gem” of the rock shop. I will recommend it to all my friends and guests.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Stopped in while traveling through and what a pleasant surprise! Kathy, the gem expert, as my kids called her, Dwayne and the other volunteer so sorry can’t remember name were so friendly and patient with my kids. We learned a lot about the area and walked away with some beautiful treasures including some fossilized dinosaur poop! Thank you!!
My kids loved it. It is a must-have for anyone who enjoys history. It was GREAT learning how Lake Havasu became what it is today. A++!!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
Amazing place. Looks can be very deceptive, when we pulled up I was slightly scared of what we may find as it appeared to be a slightly unkempt strip mall. Once we entered we were immersed in history, knowledge, and a great place for kids to discover, play, and enjoy.
The donation-based museum I visited put in a commendable effort, but I was disappointed by the reptile and spider enclosures. It detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Thank you all for a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly . Loved it!! The artifacts were amazing !
Very detailed and well organized museum with multiple exhibits showing the creation and history of Lake Havasu. Very polite and informative museum guides walking around giving more historical background to exhibits. The cost to visit the museum is free but if you feel led they do accept donations.
Was a cool place to see the history of how the bridge was brought to the area. Cool pictures and stories about the history
Great place to take the kids. You can get rock necklaces and stuff at their gift store.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
