I am relieved & grateful to have found my new PCP! Dr. Kyle Babinski has a great bedside manner & I felt really comfortable with him. He’s the perfect addition to all the wonderful staff at Piedmont Healthcare & I will be recommending him to friends & family!

We've been patients of Dr. Barker for over 9 years now. There is no other place I would go or trust with my personal medical needs. He listens, he genuinely cares, he doesn't talk over my head, he stays as long as I need him too, he addresses all of my concerns and wants to see his patients happy and healthy. I love his nurse, Amanda and have been seen by the PA many times when Dr. Barker was out. I have experienced lack of emotion from some of the staff but I don't go to the doctor to make friends. I go there because my doctor is professional and caring.

Office Coordinator, Candis Oates and the entire staff at Piedmont Healthcare are professional, friendly and helpful. They will do whatever they can to provide the best experience possible including to those who are in pain or less than kind to them. I come here weekly for care and I’m always meet promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend them for Your medical care needs.

What an awesome staff you have Dr Barker. We needed to take one of your patients in for rehab at our SNF. I needed information asap and your staff were so nice, knowledgeable, and prompt with the information I needed. Thanks Anna, Veronica, and Amanda!! You guys are great.

Whats the point in having an appt if you have to arrive 30 mins before. I have never dealt with so many idiots in my life. I was made to call 3 separate places to get policies and the office still wanted to argue with me. I will be finding a new Dr after 10 years. Find office personnel that will do their jobs.

My kids have been going here since they were born, and we've had wonderful experiences with multiple doctors at this facility. Everyone knows all of my kids' names and welcomes us every time we arrive. Staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions/concerns we may have at the time.

I've been a patient here for almost 13 years. Love the staff and would highly recommend them. Especially Dr Heather Kompanik. She is very attentive, caring and never rushes you out. She listens to all your concerns and discussed all your care options.

I just read the reviews and must say I am extremely surprised. I have been going to Lake Norman Family Medicine for 10 years and never had a problem. I never had to wait longer than 10 - 20 minutes to be seen and any labs tests I have gotten a call either the next day or the day after. If I'm not home they leave me the results which I have allowed them to do on a message. If I have a question I call and leave my number and the nurse will get back to me within an hour at the most. Also I have seen many people of different race and color so again I am very confused by some reviews here. Anyway best you experience it for yourself. They are always busy so I guess the rest of the clients/patients are satisfied with LNFM.

Dr. Campbell was the most wonderful man. We are all so lucky to have had him in our lives. My family and I were with Dr. Campbell for over 20 years. I went from young mother to grandmother with him. He was so much more than our family physician. We will probably never have the privilege of meeting another doctor like him in our lifetime. With that said, let us try to give Dr. Baily a chance. Wow she is in such a tough situation. Big big shoes to fill and all of those patients that she sees of Dr. Campbell's saying "he didn't do it this way" or "I never had to do that before. Give her 4 visits, after that then post. If Patty can hang on so should we. Dr. Campbell would want us to give her a chance.
