Walked in with a first time shoulder pain with pain scale of 8/10. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance I had. Was seen by the nursing staff within 10 min. X-Ray tech was kind and gentle being careful of the pain I was in. The medication prescribed was exactly what I needed. Just finished the 10 day course and my shoulder feels amazing! This office was excellent from start to finish.

had a pretty bad cut from work, never had stitches and not a big fan of doctors offices, needles etc. but the ladies who helped me there were very nice, and talked me through the whole thing. thank you for your hard work!

Stopped in to get a physical for my commercial drivers license. From the moment of check-in through interactions with the nurse and PA, the entire staff was prompt, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

We had an AMAZING experience here this week for my 3 year old daughter. We were in the waiting room barely long enough to fill out our paperwork before we got into a room where we were immediately seen and treated. Seamless and easy process with extremely friendly and compassionate staff!

Staff is always attentive and kind. Heather I believe was her name the nurse practitioner was especially helpful and makes you feel at ease. And the receptionist is awesome. He is always kind and efficient. This is the only urgent care I will go to and has been for a while.

I have had several appointments at this facility and they have all been very efficient appointments. You may have a short wait if there are other people ahead of you, but never for very long. The nurses and PAs get you in and out as thoroughly and as quickly as they can. I have always been quite satisfied with the service provided.

When I go to a new site to get blood drawn, I pretty much prepaid myself for more then 1 stick. So the first try didn’t produce any blood. The tech apologized that she couldn’t get the blood flow. Ok We check for a better spot. The tech got the blood to flow but it wasn't a good enough flow to fill all the vipers. She again apologizes and makes sure I’m doing OK. She then calls in another tech to help out. They both makes sure that I’m doing OK The second tech was able to get enough blood. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences that didn’t turn out well. But these 2 women took the time to make a difficult situation turn into a positive experience

I went to PHC Express Care in Mooresville, NC to have blood drawn for upcoming appointments with two different PHC doctors. I did this since both doctors are farther for me to go than the Express Care. Both test requirements were in the PHC 'system', so there was no problem with getting the right tests done and reported to the right doctor by the dates of my appointments. This is a great feature for me as it saved me the time and trouble of having to go to two different locations for the tests. The blood was promptly drawn within a few minutes of my walking into the facility. They found the orders in the system, verified my identity, and drew the proper vails in a very friendly, professional manner. I was on my way within 10 minutes. Great all around!

I myself have gone here for just about every sinus infection to strep throat and also take my 6 year old daughter every time she is sick. The entire staff and Doctors are so nice and very personable. Not once has anyone on staff ever been more than absolutely wonderful. I would and do tell everyone I know to come to this office if you want nice, respectful, and very personable people help when you are sick and feel your worst. Thank you PHC for all you have done for my family and I.
