Small and nice. The staff is really kind. Most of the time I go late and there would be no one in the theater. The chairs are amazingly comfortable. They recline, and they are too soft. I love their popcorn. Clean bathrooms always, never went and something was missing. Just the location especially late at night gives me chills because of the downtown location. Their is park validation, which is superb; and their is two exit from the cinema which is cool.
Overall had a good experience, but there is very limited bathroom space, when we came out of the movie we couldn't even fit into the bathroom it was so full of people. And you can't tell which side of the door to push to get in Also the lights went out very suddenly and don't fade, which isn't the best idea. Good leg room and not cramped at all in the aisles though, even when recliners are out, which is a bonus. Would give 4 stars if the bathroom facilities were better.
The chairs are the best . It's a clean, nice place to see a movie it's less money than other cinemas. You can also park underneath mall, get a ticket stamped and have a flat rate .
The only theater I watch movies at. The most comfortable seats ever cushioned p/leather recliners and the team is quite kind. Parking is free too when you redeem your ticket. I love this place so much.
Really love that you can choose your seat and they recline! The concession area is a little old but kind of charming. However once you’re in theatre you’re in another world. Nice gem in downtown Hamilton.
Landmark Cinemas is great! We frequent the London location and decided to try this one out today. We ended up having a problem with our movie screen tonight but the staff were very professional and kind. They refunded all our food and movie tickets promptly after stopping the movie.
20 years stop going to the movies . I guess . they try to make the viewer more compatible as they can. ..leather arm-chair. Still....it would be 100% best. If they have small snack vending machine attack to the seat .lol....bathroom are empty ..if you go in during the movie. But if when it over. The bathroom is jam....
Great place for movies, the seats are very comfortable and the number of seats is adequate and not too many, the screens while not huge have great quality especiallly the brightness. Food is average but good enough.
It's clean in general, but with staff in the ladies' bathroom, they didn't clean up with paper towels all over the floor and water all over the counters. They walked past and left it there. Shame on the lazy staff! It's very pricey as well. It cost $42.00 for 2 popcorn, 2 drinks, and 2 snack bags of malteasers! Not including movie tickets for 2 hrs!!
Relatively small when compared to Cineplex but is a very nice place. Big plus is the recliner seating. 10 on 10 for comfort. The staff is also polite and courteous.
