Langdon Farms was an AMAZING choice for hosting our wedding!! The venue was incredible, the food was great, and guests had a wonderful time. The barns open side doors created good airflow for our guests to not be too hot in the 85 degree weather. Langdon was incredible and we are so happy we chose them for our venue! The real stand out was Mallory!! She was so helpful, kind, and was willing to help make the day amazing in anyway possible. She has so much knowledge in the industry, and helps create solutions when problems arise. She is truly the best to work with and will make the day blissful and amazing!!
Such a beautiful place to get married! I was hired to perform live music for the wedding on 08.21.22 at Landon Farms Golf Club. The wedding ceremony was outside next to the golf course. The reception area is completely covered and has a lot of space for celebrating and dancing. Highly recommend this place to all couples!
My daughter was recently married at Langdon Farms and the wedding was beautiful. It is a beautiful setting. Food was delicious. The Langdon Farms staff was extremely helpful and had everything prepared and ready for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend them.
Beautiful venue! Although it rained throughout the whole wedding day, the indoor ceremony space was perfect! I'd love to shoot another wedding there!
While venue shopping, I found Langdon Farms to be beautiful. But what really separated it from the others was the organization, efficiency, and warmth I received working with their team. I had planned on hiring a wedding planner, but quickly decided to save my money because they made the process so seamless. McKenna answered all of our questions, honestly and logically. With a July wedding, most of the florals already included spoke for themselves. We did our ceremony in the Orchards, and would highly recommend it solely based on the exclusivity and shade naturally provided. Guests stated our food was delicious and the wedding staff were warm and welcoming. I can only imagine how much behind-the-scenes work McKenna and the rest of the staff did, but it truly allowed us to have the most amazing, stress-free day. We woke up the next day wanting to relive it all over again and know that was mostly due to choosing Langdon Farms as our venue.
I would not recommend this venue! Last Thursday, 100 degree day we had a wedding rehearsal dinner on the patio at Langdon Farms. First thing, only 3 of the 8 ceiling fans were working. We did bring a floor fan but that was not enough. Crazy that you pay for space with certain expectations of ceiling fans to be working. Second once our party of 50 arrived, the event coordinator Mallory was no were to be found, never saw her the entire evening. I had no one to coordinate the dinner and most of the other staff did not know how to help with my concerns. Third they put signs on the door that a private event was being held on the patio but we had multiple people walking through our event, even their own staff and people stopping to check out our food. Fourth I was told multiple times that they were under staffed. I booked the space almost a year ago and the day of the event they are under staffed?? One shining star the bartender was great and tried to help anyway she could. Also one of the staff members was accommodating. The next day I called the general manager to voice my concerns. Only thing I really wanted was to make the experience better for the next person. The general manager listened to me but that was as far as it went. He never called me back and the event coordinator said sorry your experience wasn’t the best it could be.
To whomever is considering a wedding here, read this first. We had our wedding this past December of 2021. It was a beautiful day, but unfortunately it didn’t go as smoothly as planned. We had the perfect seating chart which was instantly screwed up because the coordinator, McKenna, she decided same day to arrange the tables in a way she didn’t originally present to us. Do you know what it’s like to have accidentally sat two divorced people next to each other? Well let me tell you, not good. That’s what happens when the table arrangements and seating arrangements are changed and we are not aware. Not only that, many family members got pushed to the back because they changed everything up. McKenna was very kind but unfortunately she seemed to be new and inexperienced. Onto the reception, As we were greeting our guests, we were quickly rushed into a toast. What was 5 more minutes to say hi to the last 4 tables? Don’t get me strarted on the food, being a starving bride with a starving husband to only dish up cold food after waiting all day to eat and being rushed to eat, not even getting to finish our food better yet get 2nds. To say we were angry would be an understatement. Not only that, we paid extra for the meatballs which I believe only half our guests, if that, we’re able to get them because they “ran out”. $3 extra a person, absolutely absurd. You pay a premium for this venue and their food and to have it go somewhat poorly was not great and it truly felt like we had gotten scammed and we for sure didn’t get our moneys worth. Also, the White House where you get ready is so old and somewhat gross. With the amount of $$$ the make you think they could at least renovate it. Overall we had a beautiful wedding, but I wouldn’t recommend this venue.
This is a beautiful place! We had a wedding here. The staff was efficient and wonderful!
