Update is below...LADY HAD EMPLOYEE RESITE"SELLING 101 RULES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND SCOLDING HIM IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS...THEN GAVE ME ATITUDE WEN NEEDLE BROKE MAKINK IT SEEM AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT NEEDLE BROKE!!!WONT GO BACK THERE TILL THAT LADY IA GONE!!I USE TO BUY 100-150 dollars in hats a wk from there..NOT ANY MORE!!!..ok UPDATE... went back to store..LADY DOESNT WORK THERE ANYMORE AND DAVID IS AWESOME!!!!
Super unprofessional especially the young kid with Yankee hat. I usually never go to this one but had no choice. Products are good though
They close the store during rush hour. 5pm. Who does that? Very unprofessional. I go to other kids. Stay away from this one. To lazy
The woman with tattoos in her 30s clearly hates her job she should be written up or fired I was going to purchase something she was so unprofessional and rude with profanity and everything she should be removed from lids corporation I will never come back ever again beware of her.!!! All the bad reviews are of her smh.!!! Look below
Horrible customer service. Opened 2 1/2 hours after the displayed opening time. The hat that had a custom design on it was not to my liking, the stitch work looked incomplete and I wanted the design to have a more finished look. The store rep seemed advise from the late manager who then refused to fix the issue after I had just spent $80 at this store yesterday. Shauntay, the “manager”, is a sorry excuse for management and could have easily accommodated my request. I will be following up with a formal complaint with corporate.
I am a long time buyer of lids and I must say that there customer service is excellent, I definitely will continue to make more purchases. I would also like to thank David for all he's hard work.
Lids @ the Loop. Manager on duty is horrible! She is rude and disrespectful and clearly hates her job when she refuses consistent paying customers. Told my partner to "go to another lids cuz I refuse to make YOUR hat" today.... 07/31/22 @ approx 12pm. This is because... His last visit, he decided to get a custom hat made and asked for her assistance. She showed him the black snap backs with green underlid and said that was the hat he could customize. He asked if it would fit him and she replied, " yes one size fits all". So she proceeded to make the hat. He paid 68 and change for that hat and customization. Came back a while later to pick up the hat and saw it didn't fit. He turned it over to see she had done it on a "Youth" hat. He pointed on the mistake and she copped attitude right away and said there's nothing she could do. He didn't want his money back he just wanted the hat made in the right size. She said no and she refused to make the hat but offered him a refund!?! He saw she was not reasonable so took the refund and left . He could NOT believe he was treated like that and still did not get a product he went out for because of it. He shops regularly at Lids! Today's event was what happened after she remembered him from the last time. Then he realized this was the mgr!
Every time I go is closed during open hours or computer is down last time I go here
I have to say that Clara-bell has been super helpful and considerate to my hats needs! She’s an awesome employee to everyone that she helps! :
The sales lady or manager was rude and a store that charges top dollar more than on the website you would think that they would have excellent service
