Torrid The Loop

My experience at this location has to be the best customer service and in shopping experience I have had in a long time. I called last minute for help with an outfit to a concert and Jordan jumped into action. He picked out several options and placed on hold. Once I got to the store, the 2 female associates helped me refine my look until we got it right, down to the shoes! Everyone was friendly and professional. Exceptional customer service.

Cassandra and Dawn were superstars! So helpful and nice. The best experience I have ever had in a Torrid. Everyone should come visit this store! Will definitely be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. They have an amazing selection and the Manger, Amber, was phenomenal!!! She was so helpful and very sweet!! Definitely will be shopping at this location from now on!! Thank you again Amber for all your help and making me feel more confident!!!

First time shopping at Torrid. Such an amazing experience. Not just because of the products and sizes in the store but the employees were phenomenal!! Wonderful nice staff very nice. Helped me find the perfect dress for a wedding I'm going to. They made sure I got to return the online order and replace it with my new items and still keep my 40% off. Amazing staff

Store hours are horrible. I came here thinking they were opened at 11 am as per Google maps and waited step out of my car at at 11:05am to read that the store open at 12 pm. The reset of the loop is open. Why isn't Torrid?

Nice selection of clothing. Store was a little messy. Sales staff was too preoccupied on the phone to acknowledge me or help. Why is there only one employee on a Saturday?

AMAZINGA CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This store is clean, and the customer service is amazing!! Corporate had my information completely ridiculously wrong. The representative at this location would not let me leave until it was corrected, she wanted to make sure I got my rewards!! And she made it happen. I usually don't use my card, but I will be shopping much more, just because of the outstanding service at THIS location !!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

My kids really enjoy the products that they can find at Torrid. And this occasion I was with my oldest and their partner and we spent a little time as they went through a good portion of the store checking for things. They ended up picking out several items to try on and pick some that they liked that fit. They like shopping here also because they don't have issues with the fabric of the products they buy here. We had some very pleasant interactions with employees and one of the employees even created them as they remember them from past visits. This one came across as a very friendly store with good employees that I would highly recommend if you're looking for anything that they might sell.
