Joshua was incredible if I could give a secondary review of 5 stars he deserves it. Very attentive, helpful, and kind throughout the process. As for the Hispanic blown girl with glasses, never got name but the store will know who I am referring to, she was absolutely rude to me and my in laws and wife, rolling her eyes, I literally tried to ask her a question right next to her and she couldn’t even acknowledge me. My in laws thankfully speak Spanish as she didn’t wish to speak to me. I am grateful that Joshua is on staff and willing to show premier customer service. I’m a believer of second chances so I hope the girl will improve on customer service and not be annoyed with assisting customers.
Nicholas Herrera was exceptional. He was patient, attentive, caring, friendly, and very empathetic. We had to put some stuff back and he never showed anger. Instead he pointed us to sales that fit our budget. I pray that God blesses him beyond the business we could have given him. Truly a good hearted associate.
I find in your store a young woman, he named Yariela Levy with excellent customer service, she helped me so much and I am very grateful. She is very nice, take care of her a lot since she is very sweet to serve the public
Nicholas Herrera is the man. My first time buying a suit and he was able to help me with all of my questions and got me in a good suit perfect for what I had in mind. As someone who doesnt know much about suits I left confidently knowing he was able to help "tailor" one that worked for me perfectly. All around exceptional service and should I go back I know who to ask for.
Pix showed casual clothing, but it was a tiny corner in the back. Just needed a big and tall gray polo. No one said a word to us. It would be good if you needed a nice suit, etc.
I had called the Kissimmee location on 3299 Greenwald Way to get information on a suit I had rented for our wedding. A gentlemen answered the phone and was not friendly or helpful. It was at 11:18 on Thursday March 23rd. He seemed irritated that I was asking for help to get a location for our order because we had unfortunately forgotten the receipt at our house in South Carolina. My fiancé was not with to to whom the confirmation email was sent to. I explained this to the gentlemen and he put me on hold. 30 minutes later I hung up and he answered the phone again. I asked for his name which he refused to give me and then asked if I was going to ‘report him’. I said yes I’m going to write a review and then he hung up the phone on me. I called back and a female answered and I asked for for his name and she hung up on me too. I’m a dumbfounded on the lack of customer service and the character of those you have working for you. I will not be a returning customer and you may need to evaluate those who are the face of your company.

came here last week for a tux for prom and Nicholas Herrera did my measurements and when I came to pick it up today he was there to assist me with great customer service and perfect measurements no need for a tailor!
Trashy store with trash employees that have 0 customer service skills. No wonder it was deader than a door nail in there. We literally stood at the front counter in front of two employees who didn't even look at us. They just continued to do whatever they were doing until we just walked out. I bet your store has very low sales , and your employees are the reason.
I have an event less than two weeks from now so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get fitted and rent a tux without issue. Yariela helped me every step of the way and a gentleman named Nic also was helpful in the process. Nic greeted me as soon as I walked in, and Yariela was very pleasant to work with during the measuring and during me picking out styles/colors. También hablaban español. Era un experiencia muy buena y estoy agradecida.
