Life's Stitchable Moments was established with the purpose of memorializing all of your baby's precious firsts through custom, embroidered baby clothing
Life's Stitchable Moments was born out of a love for children's fashion combined with a passion for serving children in need. I stepped away from my career as a social worker in order to stay home and raise my two boys and I cherish the moments both big and small that I get to share with them everyday. I have dedicated my business to assisting others in capturing these moments and memories through stylish, custom outfits for the sporting events, milestones, birthdays and fleeting moments that make up babies precious first years.
When I started Life's Stitchable Moments, I knew that I wanted to give a portion of profits to children in need and I stumbled upon an organization called Giving Diapers Giving Hope, a " national cloth diaper lending service for income-qualified families." I have worked extensively with low income families as well people navigating the foster care system and diapers are one of many basic needs that can be a struggle to meet. These children did not get to choose the circumstances into which they were born and my heart goes out to them and their families as well as the people who have dedicated their lives to nurturing babies, often without the basic resources to keep them clean and dry.
In an effort to help, every $20 dollars spent Life's Stitchable Moments will donate one prefold cloth diaper to be used for a family in need through Giving Diapers Giving Hope.
