Petco

I bought two kittens from them about a month ago, great service, nice people, friendly funny. However, I bought sick kitties. One a carrier of ringworm and the other with a bad pink eye infection, they both ended up getting each other’s sicknesses. Of course always be aware of these things when buying from petco, petsmart ect… I don’t regret buying my kitties I love them so, but I just wishI knew they were sick so I would be able to take care of them a little less blindsidedly.

Good enough for what we need. Pretty expensive though. Also it would be nice if the check out person asked what trick the dogs can do before just grabbing and handing a treat in one second. We like to keep our boy well behaved and quick treats like that don't work well for him. I also understand there are ppl in line and we can't take for ever. Just some consideration when it comes to that would be nice. Thank you!

Tisha was great with trimming and buffing my dogs nails! We were also greeted by a very friendly and helpful worker who saw me searching for a supplement for my dogs allergies. They pointed us in the right direction and also gave great information. We’ll definitely be back!

Have been to this store a few times. Clean and friendly environment. This time I came to bring my miniature bernadoodle for grooming. WOW!! Heidi was knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with! Price was super reasonable and this will be my new spot moving forward.

THIS petco is a great store for your furry pets, also those that swim all day. I have been shopping at Petco for years always clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. Always get greeted with a hello when l walk in. Shop here if you are looking for dog food, cat food etc.

This store has really terrible customer service. I went in today in today to get some supplies for my pets. The store was not busy… there was one other customer besides myself. When I got to the check out, there were two employees at the checkout. One just started scanning my stuff without even acknowledging me, she just kept chatting with her co worker about what they wanted for lunch. Then, while I was doing the steps for my credit card, she pulled her phone out and started texting. Again, there was no thank you or see you next time…….so no, I was not happy with my visit to this store!!

Guy w long hair running the fish area was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. He takes good care of the fishies. Best fish person from any petco/petsmart, hands down. Will be back for next fish purchase.

Trash service. Drove 30 minutes to get dog boots that showed they were available in store and when I get here their display is all scattered on the ground and they do not have the ones their website said they had in stock. Spoke to a "manager" and she stated that the website is "stupid" and does not update for a few days. Unprofessional and bad service. Petco, do better. That's why people prefer petsmart.

Disorganized. Did eventually find what I came in for with help. Of the two staff working, one was super helpful. The other stared at me while I stood at the registers waiting to check out and didn't even call out "I'll be right with you!" or anything. I almost walked out without paying she left me standing there with no acknowledgment for so long. Normally, I prefer their competitor, and this experience did nothing to change that opinion.

Will aka “guy w/ long hair” in the other reviews lol in the fish dept was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He is a total gem, Petco management - whatever you’re paying him, you should double it! Cashier at the front lady w glasses & pony tail - didn’t catch a name I’m sorry! Lol was really nice too - she informed us about a solid promo on dog food every 10th bag free w the petco app.
