School-Based Health Clinic at Lincoln Elementary serving all Lincoln Public School students & their families.
Lincoln Health and Wellness is now open Monday-Friday from 7:30a-4:00pm.
You can be seen for: Sick & well child check-ups, school physicals, vaccines and acute care (colds, coughs, sinus infection, ear aches)
Accepting: ARKids 1st, Medicaid, Uninsured and most insurance plans.
Services available to Lincoln Public School students & their families.
Lincoln Wellness Center is made possible through a partnership with Lincoln Public Schools and Community Clinic.
