The Lincoln Health Foundation is a non-profit organization, established to improve health care and outcomes for residents of Lincoln Parish. The Lincoln Health Foundation was funded by the sale of Lincoln General Hospital to Community Health Systems in March, 2007. Net proceeds of approximately $22 million will be used by the Foundation to fulfill its mission and vision of improving health care and access for residents of Lincoln Parish by facilitating health-related initiatives, programs and services that improve quality of life
