This medical center / clinics seem to run very efficiently. There is a pay-to-park ramp and lot across the street. They offer valet at the main pick up / drop off area. The medical center is very clean, and the waiting areas are spacious and comfortable. They have a complimentary coffee machine. The staff is friendly and the ENT doctor is wonderful. I recommend this clinic.
Appointment was at 10 am. I was at check in at 10:07 am check in had a line of at least 10 people. They checked me in sat till 10:40 to be told you cannot be seen by doctor Susan Decker? Its not my fault you are under staffed. So they run behind and then say they cant see you?
We appreciated all the staff and doctors we have encountered. They have been amazing to work with. There was one in particular that went above all expectations, her name is Liz she is the one that checked us in at the lab and imaging desk. She was so polite and helpful, she made us feel welcome, and you can tell she cared about us and wanted everything to go as smoothly, and quickly as possible. Thank you Liz we need more people like you in this world. Keep up the amazing work, thank you every one.
A surgery center that apparently goes weeks without surgeons to see post op patients. The health care providers love to say no and give no feedback or alternative options. I have a time sensitive issue dealing with a post op problem and I am not being provided any surgeon to evaluate my wound and answer questions. It’s absolutely insane.
I have been going to this clinic since 2016 when I was diagnosed with liver disease. And have been followed by many specialists relating to this disease. I am now over 1 year post transplant and still seeing many doctors and pac. This this is my preferred clinic to see my doctors.
My experience. NOT patient centered at all. One issue. When I made the appointment I told them I was 2.5 hours away and would be hiring a driver so let me know anything I can to make the most out of this trip and visit. "There isn't anything we can do till you are here" When I met with the doctor not far into our conversation "what are you doing here and seeing me?" She said that she didn't work with patients with my type of pain and what she had to offer would be more damaging. I did fill out their survey and no one has bothered to reach out. She tried to help by giving me things that... I'm willing to consider but felt like grasping at straws a bit. She was not the right fit and we could have done EVERYTHING over tele-health. She didn't touch or really look at me. I'm not sure where the broken link is here but it was a very costly waste of time. Not to mention deflating! Should I be charged for my time when they didn't even do their do diligence to see what doctor I should see? NOT impressed. The doctor and nurse was pretty nice. I didn't get a lot of guidance as to where to go and who to check in with, etc. I'm super sad that my experience, time and money isn't worth much to them. It felt like they just wanted a body in the building... not concerned about anything beyond that. I'm glad the doctor was honest with me.. .but I should never had made it to her office in the first place.
Why don't you let me be with my mum when she's taking her infusion, I know because if Covid you don't let patients' visitors be with them but she doesn't speak English and she need me to be with her. Can we be more humans than robots!!! And the lady here on 2:45 pm Mar/11/22, she couldn't help me instead she said wait and if they need help they will call me!!!
I'm pretty surprised by the bad reviews. This place is like the shining light of modern medicine. They have every crazy instrument and imaging device imaginable. The place is well staffed and everyone is helpful and informative. Sure, I've had a couple waits bit longer than expected but nothing worth getting worked up over. Twice now, they've snuck me in between patients when I was having a more urgent issue. My surgery went so smooth here I almost couldn't believe it. I was clearly super nervous and every single nurse and doctor were compassionate and understanding from the people getting me dressed beforehand to the person wheeling me out after. Everyone did their best to keep me comfortable and calm. Questions on my chart are always responded to promptly. No complaints here.
They treated me not as a human being, but just another case. Cold, impersonable. It was clear they didn’t care to really learn about my health issues, just wanted to prescribe me a bunch of meds. Not coming here again. Im changing my primary care.
After being referenced by HCMC's Dermatology department I had an appointment with Dr. Goldfarb and their concern & further diagnosises of my health issues has helped me progress the healing of my health issues. Highly recommended!
