Good place and location. Large and clean rooms. Can be loud sometimes at night, especially when weddings are happening.Rooms: 5/5

The hotel looks beautiful. We had a room facing the marina, which was quite lovely. We could walk to restaurants and the beach club was fairly close, maybe 5 minutes by car. However... the echo and noise from the hallway were horrible; this was unfortunate since the bedroom was adjacent to the hallway and had a window, which was odd, making it difficult to rest particurlu early in the morning. Additionally, the bedroom was quite small. There was barely room to walk around the king-sized bed, and we had to move carefully for fear of knocking the TV from the wall. The bathroom, notably the toilet/ shower area, was horrendously small. The common area was pretty spacious; but the utensils and kitchenware could use some replacing. The cleaning staff assigned to our room did a great job and was very friendly. The rest of the staff were not so friendly, particularly if you were visiting from another country and your Spanish wasn't the best.

Wifi does not work, clean my room supposely, but my besheets and blankets are the same dirty ones that were stained i slept on since day 1. They only made the bed.Rooms: 3/5

I do not recommend booking from the main page of the hotel. Be careful when entering your card details , even if you think your booking was not confirmed , it might have been. Be specially careful if the webpage said that the rooms were not available and it was not possible to finish the booking, the booking might have still been processed. Use safer ways and avoid the main page of the hotel!!

Rooms .......mmmmh!! total area is big, bathrooms extremely small, it's even hard to close the door being inside of it. poorly furnished, room almost big enough to have a king bed and walk around it beware of the hanging TV as the space is so limited you can get hurt walking around the bed with it living area and kitchen is OK. Location for the hotel is good but service, especially with reservations and accounting is the worst I have dealt with in the last 10 years, they may have financial problems because they charge you, even for what you didn't use. It's a shame, sometimes you can go to a fairly good, even to a poor built and furnished hotel but service can make you go back. Marinaterra never again!!. They need to understand, their business is about bringing an experience to their customers, not just about renting a space!!

We went to the hotel to eat as I normally do when here. Food & presentation was awesome. I am a chef and have liked there food many times. BUT The service and friendliness was a 1. Very poor towards us. Mayb cause we r not. Mexican. Seemed rude .

Friendly staff, clean and a good spot near some restaurants, a pharmacy and coffee shop. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future. :

Lovely place - great for weekend and relaxing time - not so convenient for business connection and breakfast service
