Formerly a dancer, now yogini. For me, Vinyasa Yoga is the perfect blend of breath, movement, creativity, grace, seamlessness, meditation, and athleticism.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga in large and small groups as well as individual instruction.
I offer workplace presentations and workshops - on meditation, breathing, wellness, fitness, stretching, office yoga, and techniques for increased health and productivity.
I also offer my services for special events like bridal showers, spa days, and group wellness events.
My mission is to help people become conscious about their physicality and their movement. Using yoga, meditation, breathing, and touch as the framework for this discovery, I assist my clients in awakening to their body's posture, movement patterns, habits, feelings, tension, freedom, balance, and coordination. We can all become more intelligent about our own being - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
