Wonderful, mammogram tech n person completing the mammogram were so kind n funny, keeping my mind off what was happening. I have forever had very pleasant experiences each year. The lady at the front desk, the one who registered me n the two mentioned above were kind, gracious, polite, concerned for my comfort. I had a very nice experience.
We had a medical emergency today and drove to the Emergency room at the hospital. We were seen quickly by a caring and competent doctor and nursing staff. I liked that they didn’t ask for insurance or payment before taking care of the emergency! After treatment we showed our insurance card and were on our way. Very nice facility. Clean, ample waiting room and parking. Overall, excellent experience.
I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful. The surgeon said he surgery staff was awesome and very pleasant. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone that needs a cardiac catheterization. My personal experience was the best ever. The services provided by all of the staff earned a 10+ as well as an A+ in my book. I would definitely recommend you to all in of cardiac services. Much Love to all of your staff.
Always a pleasant experience when visiting the Women's Imaging Center for my Mammogram. Taylor performed the Screening during this visit; she was super friendly, and gentle. Never a long wait before being seen for the Screening. All of the staff members are very attentive, and friendly, which makes the whole process more comfortable. Thank you, staff members.
Every other time I have been to Charlton Methodist for my Mammogram everything was quick and efficient. This time was not the case. I stayed at each station far too long. The tech was professional but hurt me more than usual. It took over an hour to get through the whole process. It just didn't seem like anyone was in a hurry at all.
I have been going to the Charleston Methodist Breast Cancer center for 10+ years and have always had a pleasant experience from my interaction with the receptionist, to the login coordinator to the imaging technicians. Thank you! Vikki H.
A visit to emergency waiting room for five hours and not being called back to a room. For IV, Cat Scan, lab work from seven pm and it is almost one in the morning no urgency at all most if not all of the individuals who arrive at seven are gone home while newer patients are going to the back the service the front desk said they are busy but your pledge to provide better service is false. So I asked why the long wait they moved us to a room we waited another 30 minutes and still not good service
Outstanding! The volunteer LaDonna who greeted me was friendly and helpful. Taylor the tech who administered the procedure was kind, explained everything clearly and caused no discomfort. The lady who took my information I’m sorry I don’t remember her name also had the very kind and thoughtful demeanor. I was taken in with less than a minute wait. The bilingual RN Jason on the 5th floor was exceptional. He listened and was very attentive towards my mother. I can tell he is passionate about his career choice. The entire staff in the 5th floor was so friendly and courteous I wasn’t expecting that high level of service. I will say that the service doesn’t mirror the facilities. The elevators are broken down and the interior is so outdated it needs serious remodeling.
So yesterday I was having sciatica nerve pain and I’m 7 months pregnant usually they’ll send a review email to do a survey if they knew you had good service there. This time it was terrible … after they took my blood pressure and I told them what was wrong and they got a urine sample, they told me they would prescribe me something for my pain…and they’ll send me home.. my pain level was already on 10, and they had me waiting for 2 hrs just to be discharged and when they finally discharged me turns out the pharmacy that they sent me to wouldn’t even accept my Medicaid and I had no money so I couldn’t even get the medicine that I needed… and the lady at the front desk with the blonde hair was absolutely rude when me or anybody asked for help …I know I will definitely not be giving birth there..I’d probably die
