Just love this place! They always offer discounts and ton of good products in clearance.
Always good for a fun project for the grandkids. This time a Christmas mailbox to paint and stickerize and two dinosaur skeletons to extract from stick free goo and put together. Excellent quality time enjoyment.
No thank you. I don't want to Self-checkout! After working all day, I don't want to work even more in your store..... even if you give me the most surly, unsociable, air-pod wearing "associate" who chooses to ignore ANY words coming out of my mouth. I will still not do a self-check out. Even if he then chooses to walk in the opposite direction when the family at the SELF CHECKOUT encounters a problem at their lovely register. I still choose him. Your tricks do not dissuade me. Your cute little reassuring message on their screen, "An associate is on their way to help you with your transaction," assured me that I had made the right choice. I came after them and left before them, even if it was mildly unpleasant. I'll still go to that sole, unfriendly associate whom you've left to "assist" us remaining customers who still hope for a vestige of this thing called Customer service.
I recently started an art class and my instructor gave me a list of supplies to purchase. My classmates suggested Michael's. I checked online for the 40% off coupon and used it on a wood easel that was on sale for 50% off. Without my two discounts I would never have bought such a nice one. I was able to purchase some other items at 50% off also. Michael's had everything on my list so this will be my 'go to' store for all my art supplies.
Ordered online and went to pick up after Michaels sent me a notice that the order is ready. I followed their instructions and waited in the curbside pickup parking spot. Waited and waited and nobody came. After a long while, I decided to go into the store with my daughter. In the pickup area we found our order. My point is, if you do NOT have the staff to support the curbside pickup, just don't show the option for this location. You are wasting customers' time.
Fair prices. Didn't have all the items I wanted when online said it was in the store.
Helpful store to always grab what we need for last minute projects. Staff tends to be a little grabby, but I would be too if I was barely making minimum wage
Pretty organized store, and they have 4 self checkouts. Teachers, make sure you register for a teacher account at a register for 15% off everything.
They did a great job with a custom frame job I had done for my wife last December. The person who helped me had great recommendations too!
So much Christmas stuff out already to choose from! They were in the process of stocking everything when we were around, checkout has self checkout here as an option for those looking to get by.
