Millers Creek is a census-designated place (CDP) in Wilkes County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,112 at the 2010 census. The racial makeup of the CDP was 94.3% White, 0.9% African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.1% Asian, 3.1% from other races, and 1.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.5% of the population.There were 892 households out of which 25.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.0% were married couples living together, 11.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.4% were non-families. 26.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 12.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
