The Minam River Lodge is nestled in Northeast Oregon's spectacular Eagle Cap Wilderness. Accessible by an 8.5 mile hike or charter flight, the Lodge offers accommodations including hand-crafted log cabins and fine food from a wilderness garden.
The Minam River Lodge is located in the heart of Oregon’s Eagle Cap Wilderness area, the Minam River Lodge has welcomed guests since 1950.
The Lodge is a rare private in-holding, completely surrounded by protected wilderness and accessible only by a pleasant 8.5-mile hike, horseback ride or a quick charter flight to our private grass airstrip.
Completely rebuilt in a project that was completed in 2017, the Lodge offers a range of accommodations, from rustic teepees to authentic log cabins with hand-built furnishings and views of the area’s soaring granite peaks. The wild and scenic Minam River, which flows through the middle of the 126-acre property, is one of only two rivers in Oregon that are considered nearly pristine.
With the exception of wall tents and teepees, all accommodations have a 3-night minimum stay. Full board is included in your stay, featuring the bounty of our wilderness garden — fed by a natural spring — and the best seasonal offerings flown in from local farms.
