It was my best dental visit experience by far! Modern and clean environment, super friendly staff with a great doctor at the helm. I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hua. He is very knowledgeable. He patiently explained to me my options and the science behind them. He also has a great sense of humor, which definitely helps when you are feeling anxious about the treatment. I am so glad that I found a dental office that I can trust and feel comfortable about visiting.
The staff and doctor are great. Perfect service and they make you feel comfortable. The only complaint that I may have is that they charge you $50 if you do not cancel your appointment within 2 days. My daughter had just started a new job and her supervisor asked her to work on the day of her appointment. Due to the fact that it was a new job she did not feel confidante saying no. We contacted the dentist 24 hours before her appointment to explain why she needed to cancel her appointment and they did not seem to make an exception. She now owes them the $50 dollar fee for canceling 24 hours prior oppose to 48. Things happen, I think they should make an exception to the rule.
I just got my Teeth done by Dr. Yang. He is very professional caring and knowledgeable. I am so very happy with my new Teeth. Thank you Dr. Yang. Everybody in his Office is friendly and caring. Jess you’re one awesome Assistant. Thank you Dr. Yang and Staff.
Staff were friendly. Dental hygienist wasn't rush and was detailed oriented. Dr Yong Hua is very knowledgeable and talented. Highly recommended.
Everyone in that office is very friendly and ready to help at anytime, very professional and provides detailed information about what's the best treatment. I will happily return and highly recommend this place
I was very pleased with the service I received at Modern Dentistry yesterday! I had a bad inflammation/infection in my gums and was way overdue on my deep cleaning. After going to my dentist who told me that they couldn't do anything about my infection until I had a deep cleaning but then followed it with we won't have an appointment for you until late June a month and a half later I was forced to look for another dentist office. Boy I'm glad I did! I called Modern Dentistry and spoke with the very kind receptionist who told me that they can get me in the SAME DAY. I had Canoe Creek Dental send over the x-rays and by 6pm had my very thorough, full mouth both sides deep cleaning done. Best yet, it was $600 less than what my other dentist quoted me!! I couldn't even believe it! Everyone was very kind and I'm so happy to have found my new dentist office!
I can't put into words how great my experience here was Everyone at Modern Dentistry was so kind, patient, helpful, and understanding. I had severe tooth pain and reached out to them through e-mail because I was on hold with and couldn't get in touch with someone at my insured dental office for 2 days. They called me within 20 minutes with an appointment. I had to pay out of pocket but all was fairly priced and worth every penny. They had me in on time, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Most importantly, they truly care about their patients. They took the time to explain things and make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. Even afterwards, I called with a question and they were willing to have me back in, same day to help me. They are fantastic!
Very clean environment. Staff is very friendly courteous and professional. Dr. Yang is a caring, attentive dentist who put his patients best interest at heart. His assistant Jess and hygienist Vilma are the best! Very warm, engaging and intuitive which keeps your mind of any discomfort. Never an unpleasant moment. I highly recommend Modern Dentistry of St. Cloud.
I am more than pleased to write a review for this wonderful business. My 2nd visit was to have a crown put on and it is honestly the BEST crown I've ever had. The quality of the modern tools and equipment they use is exceptional. The office and rooms are clean, welcoming, and every dental assistant is so kind and warm hearted. This place has the most amazing staff that all love working together and love their job. And it really shows! I am always so nervous whenever I have a dental appointment, but thankfully the calming atmosphere is felt immediately upon walking in. Every dental assistant is sweet and Dr Yang is the best ever!! His knowledge, passion for his job and genuine kind spirit really gives you an excellent experience. All of these 5 star reviews are well deserved and I'm so glad I found the dentistry.
Love this group of people at Modern Dentistry. Had work done and they were very professional, friendly and the Doctor was patient and understanding. Had to go back a couple of times to make adjustments, but every time I went they were very kind and understanding. Highly recommend them.
