I enjoyed my experience at new image dentistry. My concerns were all addressed during my visit and I definitely had a lot of concerns about my teeth. All the staff were friendly and transparent with billing and medical issues. The ladies at the front desk went through all my charges and what they were for as well as being in frequent contact with my insurance. The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable and genuinely listened to my concerns. I’m very happy with my care, I never felt forced to have any procedure done. They are very accommodating. I went to another dentist in the area and had a far less positive experience than I did at New image dentistry. I definitely recommend this dentist!
To start I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist . I had an emergency and needed a tooth pulled . Found this dentist and made an appointment. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and felt very comfortable. Very friendly staff and very quick I waited only 5 minutes. They made me feel at ease. I will now not have any anxiety about the dentist. Thank you
From the office staff to the technical staff, the experience was exceptional. Very professional and caring. Dr Doomra is a very good Dentist. He preformed a difficult dental procedure for me and I am happy with his work.
The office staff is exceptional. My hygienist was very professional, thorough and careful during my cleaning. Dr. Noora sp was very professional and thorough in his review of my X-rays and chart. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
From the start it was a mess. My discount plan was not noted on my account. My normal hygienist was off unfortunately but i did reschedule my appointment but asked to come on a day she was available. The hygienist I was paired with was very abrasive. I had water leaking all over me the whole time. I kept getting reprimanded for brushing to hard. Ok I get it but I'm not 5. I jumped when the drill hurt my bottom gums. I was reprimanded again for expressing pain. Then I was passed off to another woman who was supposed to polish my teeth but forgot somehow and just put fluoride. I had to ask her to please polish. They tried to force me to make my next appointment to which I don't think I will. The front desk staff and the female dentist were very pleasant and seems aware of this situation. This isn't my first bad experience with this hygienist. This is the 2nd time I have asked to please be returned to my normal hygienist.
Dental hygienist seemed new. First time in my life I have had a painful cleaning. Lots of painful random grinding at my gums. Vigorous movement of her dental instrument while the metal handle banged against my teeth. Water spraying all over my face!? I think she smeared the toothpaste around my teeth with her finger instead of the tooth polisher? Not sure where their experienced hygienist went but i am not sure i will return to this dentist.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and also providing me with more information on keeping my teeth, healthy and clean. They are the best..
My son was gravely injured and due to this injury my son lost his bottom front teeth, my son and myself were emotionally and mentally exhausted from the trauma and needed some honest help. Upon arriving at office I spoke to Jeanette office manager and explained the ordeal she then connected me with Dr. Nour and I must say this location and staff are a God send. The staff was amazing at helping my son regain his smile and confidence, their patience and above and beyond attitude allowed us to move past the trauma into healing. Thank you to Jeanette, Dr. Nour and Kayla y'all are amazing. The dental hygienist Kathy as well. Thank you all. I literally recommended this location to my entire family and we are all loyal patients. Thank you again.
Dental hygienist is amazing. Office staff has no clue what they are doing. Such a shame. The office staff there use to be amazing.
Wonderful staff amazingly nice very professional and it didn’t hurt 1 bit…. I definitely recommend dr. Florencia Biaggi for all your dental care.. kayla is amazing very helpful and professional
