I can’t share enough good words about this dental office from the warm and welcome front desk staff to the fun amazing and patient doctors. It was my daughters first dentist appt she’s 9 months & Dr. Tawadrous was so gentle my daughter didn’t even cry once he definitely had a charm with her. He was also patient and took his time explaining everything about hygiene to me. I also loved how they put my daughters name on a board welcoming her as a new patient, so sweet. You can tell they really care about your well-being. Thank you!
What a great experience! This was my son's first dental visit and it went so well! My son is on the autism spectrum and I was nervous how he was going to handle the visit, but the hygienist was amazing! She made him feel comfortable. She explained and showed him what she was going to do before doing it. He followed her directions and didn't put up any fuss. The Dr. also was very welcoming, nice, and friendly. The office staff was very nice as well. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone needing a pediatric dentist. So happy we came here!!
The best pediatric dentist I have ever been to. My 8 year old went in nervous and came out so calm and happy. They truly care about the kids and make sure they are extremely comfortable. I am so happy I decided to come here! Dr. John is absolutely amazing, as well as the hygienists.
The best dentist EVER! Well knowledgeable Very nice With kids. The place is extremely clean and well organized. The staff are super nice, professional and very friendly. They took well care of my child. I went there for the first time and it was kind of emergency but made that difficult experience so much easier on me. Thank you so much for all you do!
I wish I can give them 10 stars. The staff as well as the Dr and the equipment are just amazing. Everything is thought out to make the child's experience less traumatic than it would normally be if they didn't have the equipment and the special touch that the Dr and staff have at this office. Highly recommend it. Thank you all for taking such a good care and making the process traumatic free for my 6 year old..
My daughter Ava loves to go to the dentist now!! They are absolutely amazing, including all of the office staff and staff in the back. Dr. John T is so amazing…. I wish he could be my dentist! My daughter even had to have a tooth polled, and she gave a thumbs up through the whole process and didn’t feel a thing! She was in love with this office as soon as we met everyone. And like I said, Dr. T is one of the best dentists I have ever seen handle children. I highly recommend this dentist office… I wish I would’ve found it years ago! Melissa Lang BSN RN
Have been to this office twice for my kids so far and I have never felt more comfortable. Amazing and friendly staff. One child had to have a tooth pulled and the procedure was quick, painless, and SAFE. Dr. called me himself later on that day to check on him. Definitely recommend this office!
Took my little man for his first ever dentist appointment today and it went so well! He was so anxious and I was anxious for him, but it went so smoothly thanks to the amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and put him right at ease. Dr. Tawadrous was awesome with him and explained everything well. So happy I found Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida! Highly recommend!!!
Barb, Caroline, and Dr. Bertot are all angels. I was so nervous taking my two month old baby in to have a tongue and lip tie revision, but they were so positive and reassuring and made the entire process seamless and more comfortable for both me and my baby. The care with which they exhibit is above and beyond. They are so gentle and kind. The whole office staff exudes positivity and kindness, and you don’t find customer service or personalized care like that anymore. They even had a welcome sign for new patients that included my baby’s name. Such a cute personal touch. Dr. Bertot gave my husband and I all the facts and information needed to make an informed decision. He didn’t rush us or get annoyed with the millions of questions I asked. He was very detailed in his descriptions of everything and took the time to show us proper post-op care and made sure we did it right before he let us go. I will drive out of my way to go see him and his office staff because I know my baby is in good hands!
First time with my kid and it was great! Claudia was super sweet with my girl and Dr. John Tawadrous was super nice and explained everything well. The check in process and wait were awesome and they called my daughter by her name, a touch that doesn't seem like much but it means that they care. Recommend to all parents!
