Modern Paladin Firearms specializes in the repair and refinishing of firearms. We are a full service business, which means that we cater to the gun community as a whole. Many gunsmiths like to specialize in a certain type or style of firearm (e.g. Ak-47, AR-15, 1911, Revolver). Here at Modern Paladin we take pride in being able to provide services from custom building AR style rifles to refinishing a stock on a 1896 lever action rifle and everything in between. In addition to our broad spectrum repair capabilities, we also offer complete firearm refinishing.
Having a gun look as good as it works is important to a lot of people, and we are no different. We offer our clients a "custom" look to meet their personality and desire. Included in our list of refinishing services are products like Duracoat® finishes, Cerakote™ coatings and Parkerizing (Zinc or Manganese) finishes. Duracoat® and Cerakote™ finishes are extremely popular for both their durability and protection in addition to the wide variety of color(s) and patterns that can be produced for customizing your firearm(s).
Since every client has different and personalized needs we do not offer generic pricing via our web page. Prices will vary according to type of finish, color(s), patterns, condition/state of firearm, etc... While Gunsmithing is our primary firearms service, we also offer gun sales for our potential clients. Since we are not, first and foremost, a retail gun store, our firearms sales are primarily by appointment only. However, we do have a wide network, so if you are having trouble finding a specific firearm please give us a call; chances are we will find it!
