Fast  friendly customer service. Professionalism is taken to a new level by big Mike. Very reasonable prices. I got exactly what i wanted. Very happy with my purchases. Highly ecommend this store for low cost bedding  supplies and for many other deals.

Don’t waste your time going to this store. Just purchase online. Came in to look around today, it was 4-5 employees sitting on the furniture all on their phones. No one acknowledged me or my husband when we walked in or when were were looking at a certain bedset. I don’t even think anyone looked up to be honest. No one came up to ask us if we needed help or anything. We were going to ask about pricing on one of the dressers but none of them were even approachable. The location says it all.

Today I came into the Newport News location and as soon as I walked in, Mr. Eric M. greeted me. He came over to ask did I need any help and of course I said yes. He helped me pick out a King size mattress and rocking recliner for my new home. He also to me congrats on my new home purchase and also told me discounts that I can receive. I will definitely cone back!

I've had the worst first time experience there. The Newport News store has moved and unfortunately I placed an order for a dresser during the move which has been utter chaos. I placed my order on the 15th of February it was supposed to be delivered on the 18th. On that Saturday I didn't receive a call all day so I called around 3pm and was told because of the move I wouldn't receive my delivery and to call back during the week. I called on Tuesday and was told my purchase was send to a store in Norfolk with no solution in sight. So the Norfolk store was called and I was told there is only 1 dresser left for the style I wanted and it can be delivered on Wednesday the 1st of March, I am very upset with how everything was handled, I would like to add that the gentleman at the store did the best he could to help and he needs assistance in the store. Let's see if my product will be delivered when it's supposed to. I will update with a follow-up.. Update- received my delivery, unfortunately I had to unbox it myself.  Will not be a returning customer

Employees are fine. But the website is honestly insulting. They will list furniture at a location that is NOT AT THAT LOCATION. I was looking for a chair in Newport News and saw they allegedly had some there. I drove 40 minutes to find out they had absolutely none, and the ones I were looking at online WERE IN KENTUCKY. DON'T LIST AN ITEM BEING AT A SPECIFIC STORE IF IT ISN'T THERE

My salesman, Isaiah, was cool and helpful during the purchase. My initial review was glowing. However, he got my delivery date wrong even though I said it multiple times during the exchange. He never once mentioned he didn’t have a delivery team on my date until the day of when I called. I couldn’t have it delivered any other day since I work, but he claimed I agreed to another day why would I have agreed to another day when he said the one I chose was fine?. I don’t normally do reviews, but this is an inconsiderate way to do business.

I went to American freight after cancelling my order at other store because of the sales man rudeness. At American freight Mr. Michael greeted me with a big smile and asked if I needed help at first I said no cause I just had a terrible salesman. But Michael was so sweet I told him what I was looking for and he went out of his way to check and see if it was in stock he made me feel so comfortable I bought a dinning table and two accent chairs.  I will be going back to American freight.  Thank you Michael for all your help.

Isaiah was very patient with me as I was trying to make a decision on what I wanted , he helped me really figure out what kind of style and with pricing how it would benefit me in the long run through financing it . Isaiah was like the best person I’ve ever came across when working with someone to make a decision like that all so for that I’m forever thankful for his patience and his high vibrational energy . Mike was also very helpful through the process, very funny man but also contributed to my happiness from when I walked in until I left .

I always have a very professional and down to earth experience. They help with everything they can, very understanding and try to please you to the best of their abilities. Thank you Mike and Allen

The sale rep who was working on Memorial day is very slow & terrible customer service she stands at the back of the counter majority of the time rather than coming come out & help assist with customer's needs. When ask about a certain product's her reply is she "doesn't know"....why have someone working in a furniture business that has know ideas of what they carry, prices ranges , & delivery dates. This is rather disappointing!
