Haven't been here in about 5 years. The remodel is really nice, much more modern than before. The ladies working at the front desk were very helpful, and I was able to get my new library card right away!
This is a wonderful library and I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive collection of books, audiobooks, DVDs etc. I moved to the area recently and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to get me a library card and check out a few items in no time. I will be back weekly to explore their collection!
Professional staff, excellent support. WiFi available and easy to connect to. Visitors are welcome. ID required for desktop computer use. Loads of desk spaces with sockets easy to get to. Can print from your own laptop. No problem finding parking spot.
From what I see here online, what a gift to the Kingman community. Thank you. Ben Franklin is very pleased, I'm sure!
I absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly and I really enjoy the books sales they host.
Somewhat boring remodel. Bland and minimal
Ladies at the front desk were very nice, but the security guard came up to me and my 2 year old daughter and she was watching a video on my phone so I can just print two papers and he says no sound allowed the sound was on very low. Make it easier and more practical for Mom's. Not all kids are the same and I should be able to get stuff done. The sound was so low I could barely hear it with her sitting right next to me in her stroller. Mind you there were multiple people talking alot louder than we were even being.
Very nice place. Clean and updated. The book selection is good. The staff is very helpful. I live it.
WOW not the library I remember, old library was more people friendly, now it's worse than the old fashioned sterile hospital. My husband and I were quietly working but occasionally whispering something we were working on when an old bat who wasn't even an employee approach us and told us to quiet down, we won't be coming back any time soon. It's to quiet and to sterile for our liking.
Excellent library. Went in to get a library card and to print a needed document. The librarian that helped me was very nice and offered to help me print a document before I even asked. I think she saw my expression after she pointed to the computers lol. Took less than 10 minutes to get a new card and print off my documents. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.
