Well, I was in and out. They did a lot in a little bit of time, with a very fancy x-ray system. They were very busy, and they didn't really explain that I was to come back, and what I was coming back for, until I was about to walk out. They had said, "You are done!" I'm not done. I have to go back for cavities and possible crowns, depending on the insurance. So, there's that. But everybody wants a perfect check-up at the dentist! Oh, I almost forgot. Google makes it look Iike this is the only place here, but it is a complicated little office park where all the little buildings look the same. Pay attention to the suite # ! And you may have to wait outside and call them, as there is no waiting room.
My daughter and I have been coming here for years! Dr. Hayden & staff are professional and amazing. My daughter chipped her tooth recently and Dr. Hayden got her in same day, and had her looking back normal within a couple of hours of the incident. I am very grateful to have a dentist that is reliable, passionate and caring as Dr. Hayden and her team.
First time to see Dr Hayden, she and her staff were great. Never met a professional with such a great attitude towards her patients. Went out of her way to do everything she could to help me and my daughter, even explained everything in a way for me to easily understand. Can’t say enough about her!
Incredibly disappointed in the services here. Upon arrival, you are to sit in the car and call to tell them that you've arrived - this is completely understandable; however, they never answer the phone and are consistently running behind. I sat in my car for over an hour prior to my first appointment. I have been to this office four separate times now and have yet to be given a case history or asked any questions. I have been in extreme pain ever since my fillings with them and have been back multiple times to get that fixed. They don't seem to have any empathy for what the patient is experiencing, either. Definitely will not be back!
DO NOT GO HERE. Every single filling they’ve done has broken off. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I went in to get one of the broken fillings fixed, and the dentist blamed it on a new product they were trying out. Whatever. When i was there they offered to smooth out my two front teeth and i figured why not.. next day my front tooth chipped almost halfway off!!!! When i called about it they were rude and didn’t care at all. I asked for the dentist to call me back and nobody ever did. I cancelled my upcoming cleaning and will never be back. Just yesterday, a few months after this, one of my back fillings popped off again and i’m in extreme pain. At every appointment i went to i’ve been at least 5 times for different issues they were running anywhere from 30 mins to an hour behind. They keep the door locked and make you wait in your car which would be fine if they communicated with you that they are behind but they never answer the phone.. When they do come to get you from their car they are rude and cold. Please don’t be like me and ignore the reviews.. don’t trust this sketchy place!
Very chill atmosphere I recommend to all ages to come here if at all possible the ladies here are super nice,polite and professional. I wish they had dentist like this when I was a kid. All you remember from the dentist when I was young was the drill and novacaine and how it hurt and for what I had done today and to honestly only feel a pinch one time and sharp pain once. That to me was wonderful job. Thank you very much to all the staff for making my visit a pleasant experience and Dr Hayden you rock! I know couple of my teeth wanted to put up a fight but when you broke out the jack hammer I knew that tooth was in trouble just playing everyone Dr Faith Hayden you are very good. Thank you
Is there an option for -5 starts?? Where do I start. HORRIBLE staff, INCLUDING the DENTIST. On the website it states they put the patients first, this could not be more far from the truth! "Dr." Hayden is extremely apathetic. My 4year old daughter was having terrible pain and issues. When I called and spoke to Jaronda she was so rude, so short, and so calloused! She did not want to hear anything regarding our issues or concerns based on my daughter being a Caresource patient. We unfortunately had to reschedule an appointment after the actual appointment time then had one mishap of a no show. When attempting to plead and almost beg for my child to be worked in Jaronda did not listen to anything or even give me an opportunity to be worked with. I finally was able to talk to this dentist who could care less about her patients and a small child at that. The dentist response was "I could see 20 patients in the time slot we wasted for her from a no show". I attempted to again plead and almost beg for an opportunity for my daughter to be seen since this was my mistake and tried to request a one-time leniency and empathize on me being a single parent doing the best I can and also my young child having concerns, but she just dismissed everything I had to say and told me I was "lucky she didn't report the no show to Caresource and risk her insurance". I further explained I didn't realize we had no-showed and the dentist said we would have gotten a letter, WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED until 2 weeks AFTER having this conversation with them. To ultimately be dismissed and to care less about the needs of the patients. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional and cold hearted individuals and could never think of treating anyone the way this so called dentist and her awful staff treat their patients!
I've been here 6-7 times and everyone has been very friendly and professional and all my fillings have matched my bite perfectly. When it's time to get the numbing injection a dental assistant comes in and pats my shoulder, which is surprisingly calming and distracting. Then the dentist quietly comes in and quickly gets it done. A tiny pinch and then painless. And unlike many other practices, the staff is entirely masked even when there isn't a covid surge and patients are still let it one at a time after their temperature is taken.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. I went in for 2 fillings 3 weeks ago and prior to the fillings I had no pain where the cavities were. She didn’t even warn me she was giving me the numbing shot and didn’t even speak with me. I left with pieces of filling all over my mouth, they didn’t even rinse them out. After the numbing agent wore off I realized my teeth were very sore. I continued to be in pain from the fillings for a week so I went back in and she “fixed my bite”. I left with my mouth bleeding and in more pain than I went in with. The pain has only gotten worse so I went in to a different dentist and was told the fillings were very shallow and weren’t done correctly. Also, she missed several other cavities. Now I have to have this other dentist fix what Montgomery family dentist screwed up. My new dentist couldn’t believe how badly the work in my mouth was done. Dr Hayden then called and said that she would have my insurance company cancel the charge so I won’t have to pay out of pocket, only for me to call my insurance and find out that they already paid Dr Hayden so now I have to pay $400+, Out of pocket, to fix what she damaged in my mouth. I chose this office because of the 5 star reviews and am shocked she has such a good rating after my experience. I would definitely not recommend going to her.
Dr. Hayden has given me the smile I’ve wanted my entire life. Thanks to her and her staff for their professionalism. Great atmosphere and great care. This most definitely the best experience to a dentist I’ve ever had hands down.
