I drove from Columbus, OH to Cincinnati to see Dr. Graham. It was my first time to his new office and I knew it was the right place for me as soon as I pulled up. It's not a "factory/assembly line" dental facility. The building immediately lets you know this is a family practice where patients come first. I could feel they care more about the people than they do "financial metrics." Everyone I met there was friendly and made me feel comfortable. That's not easy, given my fear of dentists! Dr. Graham and his team quickly determined my needs and went out of their way to help me get quick access to the treatment I needed. The 2 hour drive was worth it for me. I'll be going there for my regular appointments from now on. You're in great hands and will feel like "family" when you work with Dr. Graham and his team!

I had been looking for a new dentist local to me and I was referred to Wallace Group Dentistry. I was hesitant to return to regular visits after a poor experience at my old dentist. So far I've had a regular cleaning done and a cavity filled and I have nothing but good things to say. The ladies at the front desk are SO helpful and very welcoming! The hygienist explained everything she needed to do. She was professional, efficient and pleasant. I also appreciated the consultation with Dr. Graham. The staff made me feel as though they cared.

They went out of their way to help me very quickly for a situation that I needed. Never thought I would say this, but totally looking forward to my deep cleanings!

I am so pleased with my experience at wallace dentistry! I haven't had a cleaning in a long time due to insurance issues and they made me feel comfortable and were incredibly nonjudgemental! I have lived in cincy for 25 years and have been to multiple dentists, this was by far the best! The staff is friendly, inviting, and compassionate. The hygienist asked me about my pain level multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place for you.

Everyone was GREAT! From the friendly front desk, to the dentist and hygienist! 5 STARS says it all! The dentist showed me my x-rays and explained them to me so that I knew what exactly what the problem was and what solution options were available.

Top tier dentistry in Cincinnati! The office is very clean and welcoming. I always have questions and the team is always happy to answer and educate me on the procedures being performed. My cleanings and procedures are very thorough. They are extremely kind and patient. I love it there and I think anyone who is looking for dentist who cares, would love it there too.

Everyone here is always so nice! I had terrible anxiety the first time I went because I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time. They were so friendly, put me at ease, and there was zero judgment. I've been going regularly for a few years now and I don't even mind going. My cleanings are quick, the hygienists and Dr. Graham are great!

I would highly recommend this group to anyone. I have been going there for years. Recently I broke my crown and they fit me in immediately. The staff is amazing!
