I stayed a week at this motel and the service was impeccable. The house keepers were very respectful and at my service if I needed them. The assistant GM Lawerence was very professional and polite. He ran the motel efficiently with no problems. I felt very safe with security there and how professional and peaceful the assistant GM ran the entire property. I keep coming back because they have the best service and are very respectful. The head GM Mrs. Howell is the best. She makes things happen for all guest that check in when something is needed. The motel would fall apart without her.

Worst experience in a hotel ever! Personal is so rude, unhelpful, bad-tempered, moody, disrespectful. The room was correct. I think the employee at Delta Airlines hated me that's why she sent me to that hotel. They don't acceppt the vouchers for food and don't help you to resolve this. The recepcionists are a kind of Cruella De Vil army. It was a really dissapointed stay.
I really enjoy this location. DONNA one of the managers on duty this particular day was amazing. I asked for recommendations for food and she was so kind to call a few places to make sure they were open. She really went above and beyond to assist me when I needed to get to the airport in a rush to catch my flight! I also appreciate the other staff members the house keepers like Katie is super nice and always speaks to me and makes sure I have everything I need like toiletries or towels in my room. I travel often for work and this is my #1 location when I’m in town for work.
The staff were super cool, I can’t complain not once about them. But I stayed in room 318 on the third floor and literally was fighting for my life against bugs. They were coming from EVERY angle. I checked out due to the fact I had to continue to kill bugs and it seemed that they didn’t stop they just kept popping up. Big, small, all size roaches it was terrifying. But I loved the staff : especially the female manager she’s so nice and understanding.
I've lived at this Motel 6 for a whole year 2022 of May- 2023 of May and hated it. The crime, noise, and maintenance were unbearable, where I couldn't wait to leave. When I was living here, my truck and 3 other vehicles were vandalized in the parking that night because of the minimum lighting of the parking lot. As much as I expressed that things needed to change here, my complaints were going on deaf ears, where I had no other choice but to leave. I left for about 3 months. The location of this hotel is very close to my job, therefore I had to come back, which I dreaded. As I was getting my reservation situated at the front desk, they were informing me that things have changed. To be honest, I had to see it to believe it because that's all I was requesting before I left, and nothing happened. Although I had hesitations to return, they assured me of the changes. After being here 3 days, yes, things have changed for the better with safety, noise, and crime within the hotel and the parking lot. The only thing I've seen that hasn't changed is the maintenance and upkeep of this hotel, being that it's an older building. That being said, certain rooms' water won't get hot enough to bathe in. However, they will move you if need be. It's just the time restraint of moving from one room to the next. All in all, things have changed for a better stay at this Motel 6. Safety: The area is safer than it was 3 months ago. Walkability: There are a lot of places you can walk to, even if you have a dog. Food & drinks: You have a variety of gas stations and restaurants in walking distance.

Canceled Delta flight and this is where we were put overnight. Arrived to probably 50 people in line to check in and one clerk. She was very pleasant and nice and that’s the only positive…. Over an hour to get checked in. The hotel is disgusting. I truly think our room hadn’t been cleaned. On a king bed were two pillows stacked only one one side as if someone had been propped there. No pillows on the other side. Everything looks old and run down. The shower had such low pressure that it was almost impossible to rinse my hair and was either hot or cold, no in between. A bug was in the tub, hallways filthy. If it wasn’t so late and we weren’t so tired then I would have gladly paid myself to go to another hotel.
On October 1, 2022, my son was killed in the lobby on the 3rd floor. I'm trying to sue and have them shut down permanently because my son wasn't the only one who lost their life at this motel. Rooms: Roach infested, smells of smoke, horrible customer service. Do not stay here!
Delta gave us a voucher for the hotel due to a flight cancellation. We arrive late in the evening and the reception desk was busy but efficient. We had a room on the 6th top floor and it was clean and quiet. The room had everything we needed including a mini-fridge and microwave. The accomodations were not fancy, but very practical and just what we needed for a place to lay our heads until the morning flight. My only complaint is that one of the beds is so close to the AC unit that it blows directly on you intermittently while you sleep. This is a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the family slept great.
