Dr. Hart is fantastic! She cares about your animal and their health. She will give you insight and options but she isn't pushy about them. She is so helpful and smart! I trust her completely with any of my babies!! This visit was just a yearly check up but she was still very kind and check my baby out completely to ensure she was healthy!

My goats had an extremely high fever 107.5. Despite drenching them with a hose for one hour, I couldnt get it much lower. I was not a client there, but despite that, they got me in right away! They immediantly started getting their temperatures down with medicine, a fan, and drenching them. They constantly monitored them, kept me updated, and took fantastic care of them. After ruling everything out, they asked if I would like to do blood work to for sure know what was going on. I said yes because I have other goats, and the blood work came back as a definite virus probably from the local deer. They kept them 4 days with my permission, and were so attentive. The wonderful Dr. called me at least once a day and was so thorough! By the time they came home they were stable and had no fever. The dr even brought them out to my car! They gave me some medicine for just in case as well! I was expecting a huge bill but it wasn't even half of what I expected. They took care of my babies so well and didn't charge an arm or leg! Everyone there knew what they were doing and were so kind. I will for sure be a repeat client. Thank you thank you thank you

I got a vet same day and for another time the next day to come out to our home for an animal check. Dr. Ashley M. is so kind and respectful to us and our animals. She is humble and very informative. She answers all my questions and always asks if I have more before she leaves. She leaves all directions in writing w the meds to make it easy for me. Receptionist is always sweet and prices are fair.

They were awesome with my goat. They took X-rays found out he had 2 fractures in his leg. They casted it. Now we have to wait 6 weeks to return.

This place is wonderful. I have some nightmare stories of others that are in the area. Everyone is always friendly. The front staff, the vet techs that bring you to the room and the doctors. They always seem to care. Today is the reason for this review. I brought my dog in for a specific issue. They treated the issue and didn't try to push other medications down my throat or pushed to get vaccinations. Yes, it's been a while since I've done my last vaccinations but they said to me "let's treat this problem first and then we can talk about vaccinations later." That held a lot of weight for me. Other vets in the area wouldn't treat US unless we did our vaccinations first. Always seem like they were trying to add to the bill. This place is not like that. They care about your pet more than trying to get money from you.

I would like to thank all of the staff at Mountain Empire!! I am new to the area and had an emergency they fit me in and promptly treated my companion . Service was fantastic price was more than fair, THANKYOU !

They were very good with our little Ruby, took good care of her and give us good information. It was very clean and friendly as well! Thank you for care for Ruby!

I've never actually gone to the place, but when I called for advice they were very helpful and gave good suggestions. If I do ever need care for my daughters horse this will definitely be the place I would take him.

Mountain Empire has been wonderful to us! From the front desk, techs, every Dr. We’ve seen are all attentive to detail, patient with our questions and concerns, compassionate and care for our animals so well. Shoutout to tech Tanner for going above and beyond to make our 16yr old dog feel comfortable! He was provided with fuzzy blankets and towels with a calming spray and this is the most calm our boy has EVER been at a vet visit! It’s clear they care not only about our pets but also about their people. Would give 10 stars if I could!

The staff is always super friendly always ready to answer questions and Lind a Helping Hand. And they're always so thorough with my puppies making sure that everybody is Tip-Top. Not saying that I haven't got my favorite veterinarians down there but they are all super great I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Even though my cookie wasn't happy in her cone of shame they still take very good care of her and she promises made no more fighting
